The entire apartment is yours, no sharing. This almost new 1bed/1bath apartment features new flooring, appliances, 40inch led tv, and a host of other cool features.
Apartment has a fully functional kitchen, microwave, fridge, cooking utensils, etc. Dine-in as you please, and enjoy your dollars on entertainment and sight-seeing.
Recently added - a large backyard you can access to hangout or for just getting an outdoorsy, campground-like feel. Enjoy the la weather and greenery by just walking out of your apartment.
Ps: if you have children or intend to take any out there, please be responsible for their whereabouts as some of the surface is uneven.

This place is trash....must be his friends writing the review.....cause this place is filthy...Roaches...everything is the picture is a lie.....these pics are so deceiving
Very nice. The floors need an extra extra cleaning because while we were there we couldn't step bare foot nor have our socks on for five min without turning out feets black. Other than that it was a very nice community that it's in, nice Little Rock garden outside , 7/11 is down the street ,so is Cvs. The owners are very friendly .
Sunny is willing to accommodate guests needs and wants. The house was everything we expected for the price we paid. Sunny was always reachable by phone or text. Overall, it was a very good experience!
Sunny's apartment was perfectly place in the middle of everything we wanted to do and see. The place was great. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. I honestly enjoyed my stay and look forward to the next time I can visit LA again
The apartment was great. Clean and just what we were looking for. Sunny left a binder with a bunch of local information that was very helpful. We had 2 mishaps where we locked ourselves out. While we figured out amongst ourselves, Sunny made himself available and responded even at 1a. It was also convenient to have a parking spot in the back of the house.
The place is in a good area. Not too far from Hollywood or Downtown. Only a 20 minutes drive anywhere around the area. The place was very clean and just what we expected.
