Welcome to our luxurious and comfortable 2,300 3 bedroom penthouse at Porto Playa # 207

Located in the Zona Primera (Premier Zone) of Playa del Carmen, one block from the beach and 5th Ave., you can enjoy the sounds of the ocean with the convenience of the best restaurants, nightlife and shopping at your doorstep. With an onsite 5 star restaurant and state of the art fitness centre with yoga studio and spinning classes, Porto Playa has it all.

Nestled in a lush sanctuary of tropical foliage with spectacular waterfalls, unit 207 has the most breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and Porto Playa’s waterfalls and pool. In addition, each of the three levels offers its own private terrace.

The kitchen was designed by a chef to be able to host guests and have private catering if needed. There are multiple flat screen TVs throughout the condo. Each of the 3 bedrooms (king, queen, queen) has its own full size bath. The master bathroom includes a soaker jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and bidet. The penthouse rooftop is beautifully landscaped for additional privacy and has an outdoor kitchen, fridge, as well as stainless steel gas BBQ. A 6 person hot tub, with outdoor moon shower, is the perfect place to relax after a full day of activities.

I actually live in Playa Del Carmen. As I have fallen in love with this place, the local people and the easy in and out from Cancun International Airport. After many years living in Park City -Utah and Cabo San Lucas I love the Mayan Riviera, the international flair, the many activities and of course who can beat the Caribbean waters. Great Location and Great Unit

We had a fantastic time at Porto Playa 207 during December of 2016! The unit was perfect for a group of five people, with two bedrooms with queen size beds and one with a large king. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a week in Playa Del Carmen. The location is perfect! It is less than a block away from the primary location for shops, restaurants and entertainment in the area, and less than a mile from both large grocery stores (Walmart and Mega). One of the best restaurants we found during our stay was in the same building, just downstairs. Our other favorite was less than two blocks away, and there were many more to choose from. The rooftop deck was great, and we spent New Year’s Eve enjoying the hot tub and watching the fireworks! It was perfect. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. He helped a great deal with our shuttle to and from the airport, and rescheduled things quickly when our flights were cancelled by the airline. I would stay here again and would recommend the unit to anyone visiting the area!

A five star condo ,with the perfect location

Porto Playa is THE tourist destination to stay in for a good time in Playa del Carmen ! Specificly my family of 5 stayed in our condo, there were three spacious bedrooms that have plenty of space for luggage and comfy furniture to relax in. The kitchen has a ton of new appliances and everything you could possibly need, it really felt like a home away from home.. Only in paradise and stress free ! Theres a cleaning crew that tidies up the condo when you indicate on a panel outside the door to do so, because who wants to make their bed on vacation? Not me ! In addition to, dealing with the rental owner was easy , convenient and we received fast responses. The owner was very personable, checked in with us and made sure everything is super and that we were having a good time. This condo was a great pick i could never regret, the location was perfect, the beach was within walking distance , the bars, clubs, restraunts and gift shops were literally a street over , hardly any need to grab a taxi ! I give this condo 5 stars ! I'll be back Porto Playa (:

Porto Playa is a wonderful place to stay!

Porto Playa is a great place to stay when in Playa. It is ideally located between 5th avenue and the beach. There are many great restaurants within a short walking distance so there is no need for a car. Easy access to anywhere you want to go including Mega and Walmart. The condo is as beautiful as the pictures show and is very spacious. It has outstanding amenities, exceptionally clean, well maintained and the size as well as layout of it provides a great deal of privacy inside and outside the condo including for those staying in the condo itself. There are two primary levels with a large open penthouse area and hot tub. There is also a first class fitness gym with excellent staff right out the front entrance. Having traveled to Playa many times, this condo in Porto Playa is a fabulous choice for us when it is available. The customer service has always been outstanding and the people and staff are friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one. The owner is always eager to hear how our stay is going and is attentive to making sure our vacation is worry free. We highly recommend this property and is our #1 choice!

Perfect Condo for 6 people.

The condo that we stayed at was designed and laid out very well. Everything was was in great shape. Every room had its own TV's, Stereo's, Safe, and very comfortable beds. The condo is located in a perfect location for walking to 5th Avenue and the heart of Playa del Carmen. I was very impressed with the condo and property, this was by far the nicest that I have stayed atin Playa. The roof top hot tub gets very warm. The staff at the property were outstanding and went out of their way with any question or request we had. The owner of the condo (Bjoern) went shopping for grocery items before we arrived and everything was bought as anticipated. I would highly recommend working with Bjoern and staying at his condo.

Since the Property is located in the heart of the Mayan Riviera Porto Playa is perfectly located for day trips to Chichen Itza, Coba or Tulum to visit one of the local Ruins. from May to Septemebr you can go and swim with the Whale Sharks in Nearby HolBox or Isla Mujeres. Amazing cavern Dive opportunities are also very special for the region. But the most amazing thing are the local people , there are happy, there are welcoming and there are very glad that we are visiting the Area.
