This comfortable 3 bedroom townhouse is larger than most others in the area. You can snuggle up in your comfy bed with luxurious, high quality linens. Everyone will enjoy the generous supply of welcome surprise packages.
We have paid a lot of attention in selecting top quality fabrics, beautiful designs, and comfortable goods to make your stay extra enjoyable. This includes 50' LG plasma TV in the living room as well another 50' plasma in the bedroom. Beautiful chandeliers provide radiant light.
Master bedroom has a queen canopy bed with a ceiling fan and access to a private bathroom and shower.
Second Bedroom has a queen bed with close access to a bathroom in the hallway.
Kids bedroom has a bunk bed (twin on top, full on the bottom) with close access to hallway bathroom.
Fireworks can be seen from the kids bedroom, second bedroom, dining room and both patios.
Kitchen is fully equipment with all the modern conveniences of home.
Washer and dryer is available downstairs inside the house.
High speed internet and cable TV with the extended channels is available.
We also offer one complimentary assigned parking space for your convenience.

Almost perfect location, very well kept. Comfortable place, clean and a close walk to Disneyland. Hoping it’s available every time we go!
Ideal property for Disneyland!
I don’t know if you could possibly get closer to Disneyland without staying in one of the hotels. 5 minutes to Downtown Disney, 10 more or so to the park entrances, even with a stroller. The house itself was ideal for our needs, the bedrooms were comfortable and well maintained. I was in the children’s room and the lower bunk is perfectly fine for a single adult. The other two rooms were nicely sized, and the bathroom I used had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Downstairs there was more than enough room for all of us to lounge, and the kitchen allowed us to make our own meals. We spoke with the property manager but never met him, but he provided us with everything necessary for our stay. Including instructions for our 3 cars. One parking space was a little far, but we did request it last minute due to a change. However, being where we were, we really didn’t need to move the cards until the end of the stay. It’s a comfortable condo, well located for the park and provides pretty much everything you could look for.
Property was perfect for a family wanting to see Mickey Mouse!
Very close to disneyland, and perfect for a family. We had plenty of room for the seven of us and beds were so comfy! Would definitely stay there again!
Just what we were wanting
The location can’t be beat! Easy walking distance to Disneyland.
The owners are very helpful and friendly. The house was clean and comfortable. But the best part is the fact that Disneyland is a walk away.
WALK WALK WALK
We've stayed many places around Disney that have bragged about being "walking distance" to the parks but are truly a bit farther than comfortable walking distance. THAT IS NOT the case with this one! The walk to Disney was so easy and quick! That's the very best thing about this location!! We walked there and back 4 times each day with our 2 year old and 1 year old in the stroller. The house was clean and had everything we needed and the owners were super nice and easy to work with! We were very pleased with our stay! My only advice is to bring a baby gate(or see if you can request one!) if you have littles! We brought ours and it eased our fear of our kids trying to go up and down without supervision! Such a great place to stay!
