Definitely would stay again!!!

What a wonderful stay and a great house for two families if you’re going to Disneyland.... a five minute walking distance from downtown Disney super clean and they thought and everything you would ever need being away from home.

It looks great in pictures but it’s falling apart.

  • 2 of 5

We booked our vacation for a party of 12 and choose 2 homes in the same complex. To start off the directions they send you to get to this place are awful. “Turn at the stop sign” There’s probably around 5 entrances! “You’ll see a red umbrella on the patio” half of the units have what use to be red umbrellas! Nancy is one of the managers. She’s very kind but nearly impossible to understand. She tried to give directions but we just drove around the whole complex until we found it. My family owns a construction company so I see things a little differently and my review reflects that. Maybe it’s just me but I didn’t think this place was a great as the reviews suggested. The outside of the homes in the complex are falling apart. The siding is rotting and falling down on just about every unit. The furniture in the home is just ok. Very basic and cheap. The bunk bed is a “trundle” but it’s just a third mattress on the floor under the bunks. For some reason they’ve put plywood under the mattress of each bunk bed mattress. The tile throughout the whole house is chipped, missing grout, and looks like it was done by an amateur. Whoever did the drywall in this home had no clue what they were doing. There are tons of bubbles and lumps from where the drywall was muded and taped. Paint is chipped in places all over the home. The fan in the master bathroom sounds like a 747 is taking off on top of the house. The air conditioner in the master bedroom is crudely taped to the window and didn’t seem to ever actually cool the room. I could have lived with all of these cosmetic issues but on our second night we came back from Disneyland to find a cockroach at the bottom of the stairs. We hadn’t even eaten a meal in the home so there’s no way it was attracted to any garbage. The property manager Rick was very helpful and certainly tried to remedy the situation. He offered to spray for bugs but I declined that offer since we have two small children. We found more cockroaches throughout our stay. Probably around 10 during the week we were there. Rick did end up giving us a little refund. The pros of this property are it’s proximity to the park and the pool. It’s a really quick walk to the downtown Disney security gate. The pool in the complex is great as well.

The location was great.

  • 3 of 5

Great location. Towels, pillows and bedding could use an upgrade. Towels appeared to be new but not washed prior to being placed in bathrooms and poor quality. Pillows need to be replaced. Some smelled sweaty. But overall we enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location.

Perfect place for our two families!

  • 5 of 5

Great location! The beds and pillows are so comfortable! It was the perfect amount of space for our family and our friends family! 4 adult and 4 kids. Everyone loved it. You can walk to the park. Or walk to the tram at the parking garage. Or what I recommend walk to the monorail At the beginning of downtown disney! It takes you into the park! Will definitely be staying here again!

Close for walking is the only benefit

  • 2 of 5

While the place is very close to downtown Disney, there were many many issues. It is falling apart. The photos are accurate but once you are there you’ll realize how old this place really is. Below is a summary of the problems we experienced that made for a terrible time at the condo. Having stayed at other condos in the development, I know these are unique to this unit.

1. When we arrived, the upstairs hall toilet would not flush. We realized there was no water in the bowl. I turned the water on and as the bowl filled up, the water streamed out. I sent him a photo and turned the water off. He said it was fixed. We returned after leaving for the evening and I again turned on the water to a stream leaking from the toilet. I sent him another photo and a video. The toilet had to be replaced so we were down a bathroom for a day. Very inconvenient

2. The same night, we noticed the fridge leaking water. I again alerted him and he sent someone out to fix it. Carlos came out and worked for a few min on the ice dispenser and left saying it was fixed. A day later, it was leaking again.

3. The beds upstairs are VERY uncomfortable. The non master queen is just a foam topper on two box springs. This is not an acceptable bed. You should go to Costco and buy the bed in a box. It’s inexpensive and comfortable. Worth the 300-400 bucks.

4. Exterior maintenance crews are working non stop and are very loud

Great Location!

  • 5 of 5

The location & condo did not disappoint! It is right across the street from the parking lot. We walked back & forth several times a day with a stroller. We had 6 adults and a baby (2 to each bedroom) and enjoyed having use of a kitchen. It'a a great value considering how much the Disney hotels charge! Would definitely stay here again!
