The property offers 6 holiday houses in perfect condition right by the water. The holiday houses are located on a sizeable plot and are almost identical to each other with a spacious distance of about 20 m from the edge of the fjord. The 70 sq.m houses will meet all your needs. This spot is perfect for families that like to fish, hike, or travel. All these cosy holiday homes are furnished with a wood-block design and have the following layout: Ground floor: There is a living/dining room with access to the kitchen, a separate bathroom with storage room, and a terrace overlooking the fjord. Upstairs: There is one spacious bedroom with balcony overlooking the fjord and two more bedrooms. Benefits: Utilities (electricity/water) and internet access (Wi-Fi) are included. The holiday homes have a shared dock with one motor boat (10 HP) per house. The complex boasts a free shared sauna and a wooden hot tub. There are also many well-marked paths through the diverse flora and fauna inviting you to hike through beautiful nature. Here, sun, nature and sport lovers will get their money's worth. The six holiday houses are located in Maalsnes, right on the shore of the fjord, approximately 10 minutes away from Balestrand. The area also offers great opportunities for winter sports: the Saurdal ski centre (6 km away with a baby ski lift and cross country ski trail of 10 km) the Høyanger ski centre (25 km away with ski tow, floodlit baby ski lift and 10 km floodlit cross country ski trail), The Vik ski centre (25 km away with a large complex with various lifts, a halfpipe, cross country slopes, a rink, floodlights, etc.), the Leikanger ski centre (25 km away with ski tow and cross country slopes, partly flood lit).
