Just 2 miles to the convention center, DAM (Denver Art Museum) ,16th Street Mall. Close to Jewish National, St. Josephs Hospital, Kaiser,Hospital and Pres-St Luke's Hospital. Approx 30 min to Red Rocks Amphitheater. Only 90 minutes to world class skiing, Rocky Mountain National Park or to Boulder!! Free parking onsite and public transportation is just steps away. Fully furnished with NEW comfy queen size bed with down comforter, new pillows, towels and linens! Drop-leaf table with two chairs, plus a wicker rocker. Keep in mind this studio is a unique and fun place -- this is a 100+ year old, vintage, quirky building. We keep the place very clean and tidy, but if you are looking for the Marriott experience, I'm afraid this is not for you! :)

My name is Cindy - I grew up in Chicago and loved it... but got the bug to come to Colorado 18 years ago. Haven't looked back since! My family loves skiing, snowshoeing, hiking 14ers, camping, enjoying the great outdoors... but mostly travelling!. Our recent trips were Morocco, Portugal, Greece, Italy, Spain and Ireland; The Virgin Islands; Thailand and Alaska - which were absolutely spectacular! Next on the agenda - Vietnam!

Why Cindy chose Denver

We purchased this building a few years ago because we missed the fun of owning a rental property. Twelve units, great tenants, a cool 100 year old building in a hopping neighborhood - we are really enjoying it. We have been renovating the apartments one by one - and each unit is quirky, different and unique. We also have onsite free parking - a real amenity in the city! We hope you enjoy staying at the apartment as much as we enjoying managing it!

What makes this apartment unique

Great great great location. And isn't location everything!? Close to so many fun things to do -- the zoo, the Botanic Gardens, downtown, the US Mint and the Art Museum are all within a short bus ride or walk. A little further on, you'll find the iconic Red Rocks Ampitheater, Golden, and the great mountain town of Evergreen with its ice skating lake and quaint downtown. Then there's skiing in the mountains, Rocky Mountain National Park, the Continental Divide Trail, Colorado Springs, The Garden of the Gods, Fort Collins - all are about a 90 minute drive.
