Owner info

Year Purchased: 1987

About the owner: Jeff and I met in August of 2010. I moved from this home to help Jeff run our, what started out to be a small hobby farm, in late fall of 2010. We decided since this home had already been decorated in the Adirondack Style which I loved, that we would rent the home out for vacation rentals to people who wanted to enjoy coming to the Adirondacks and Whiteface Mountain, as much as I loved living there. We have had some wonderful guests stay at our house since starting renting it in the winter of 2010.

Why the Owner Chose Wilmington, NY, USA:
This property is peaceful and quiet and I fell in love with it when I bought it when my son was only 5 years old. He grew up there, went on the be an Eagle Scout and served in the U.S. Navy from 2001-2005. I wish I had the before and after pictures today of how much work I have done to this property to make it was it is today. I use to sit on the back porch and watch all kinds of birds come to the feeders and their nests, I have seen a pair of foxes, turkeys, many deer, racoons, skunks, squirrels, bluebirds and cardinals, and even a coy dog. Yet to see the Moose tho, left the feeders out one night and had a bear visit - hence no more feeders. I planted many flowers all over the property and love to see them come back year after year.

The Unique Benefits at this Mobile Home:
This property is located only minutes from Whiteface, Santa's Workshop, Candy Man, Halls Falls George, the town beach, churches, stores and local restaurants, and the famous West Branch of the AuSable River for Fly Fisiing, and Lake Placid. Also within a days drive to Canada, Lake George area, Albany and Vermont. Jeff and I do all the bookings and are available for anything you may need. We take great pride in the look of our home and try to add new things every year. We are only a phone call away for your needs and can be there within an hour if needed.
