Located on the second floor, see and hear the gulf from the largest(by an additional 125 sq ft) air-conditioned one bedroom floor plan in the complex.The large walk in closet includes dresser and ample storage space,giving the condo an uncluttered spacious feel. Newly painted and decorated, it also features the largest screened lanai from which you can see our beautiful sunsets!

Stayed here for nearly the full month of January 2018. The owner Joan is very attentive and responds within minutes to any question. The rental is fully appointed with everything needed. Just unpack and move in. As noted, the beach is just a minute walk across the street. Some spectacular sunsets...The rental is perfectly centered between Anna Maria Island to the north and St Armands (Sarasota) to the South with multiple public beaches along the way. Restaurants are fantastic with some of the best seafood the gulf has to offer. Shopping from inexpensive souvenir shops to high end boutique's are within a few miles by car. A must for a relaxing stay with many things to do and see....

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo on Longboat Key. The location is perfect; right across the road from the beach, walking distance to Publix, CVS, tennis courts, Post Office and banks. It's a short drive to St. Armand"s and Sarasota to the south, and Anna Maria Island to the north.
During our stay we made many trips to explore the area, and it's restaurants.
Joan, the owner of the property, was a wonderful host, always quickly responding to our needs and requests.
The property is immaculate, well furnished and thoughtfully supplied. We couldn't ask for a better place to spend March. We will return!
The conda was exactly as described and expected. Very close to the beach, fully equipped with everything, very nicely appointed, and very nice owner. Would very much enjoy going back again and highly recommended. Best location for everything.
We loved your stay. The condo is clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was great - she was very responsive and friendly. Location is also great - just across the road from the beach and very close to Publix. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.
The only negative comment I can make regarding the condo is the lack of an automatic ice maker in the fridge and the floors did not appear to have been vacuumed upon arrival. However, this did not take away from our experience nor our enjoyment during our stay. In addition, we found the owners to be very approachable, responsible and efficient. Upon returning to Longboat key, this will be our first consideration.
