3 bedrm home; perfect location

  • 5 of 5

We were 3 men that only needed a clean rooms to sleep and shower and this home was perfect for us. The home is spacious had many features that we did not need, but it still provided value for us for 6 nights. Lovely neighborhood and center to all of our destinations from Napa to Geyserville. We would certainly try to rent this again, and we are confident our wives would also appreciate the home. (Do NOT park under the Fig Tree)

Lovely home and an idyllic week

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed a glorious week with our family at this beautiful home. The quiet wooded neighborhood is a few minutes drive to The Sonoma Plaza and a few minutes walk to a beautiful vineyard. With three couples it still felt spacious and we especially enjoyed the expansive and restful deck. In fact we enjoyed several meals and many afternoons on this lovely deck watching the squirrels, blue jays and even bluebirds! We look forward to a return visit and highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to the Sonoma area.

When my wife and I learned that our dear friends chose wine country for their wedding destination we immidiately began scowering the internet for accommodations. Our extensive research paid off! And before we knew it, we had a party of 6 on board! We Angelinos could not wait to get away from our loud lives to a little peace and quiet. On paper it just made sense. Compared to the recommended hotels, we would get twice the space for half the price! Once we arrived at the home, it wasn't long before we fell in love. The home was perfect. Not only was it conveniently located to all the best vinyards, but the home was warm, and made us feel like it was ours for the weekend. It sat at the end of a quiet, serene cul de sac covered in beautiful trees and sweet scents surrounding. My wife and I took the upstairs suite. Wow. It was amazing. We had the entire 2nd level to ourselves. The spacious bedroom led to the neverending bathroom that featured a powder room, a his and hers sink, and my wife's favorite, a humungous tub! While she bathed I was content reading my book on the balcony just off the bedroom that sat perched above the perfectly landscaped backyard. Our friend's huddled around the bbq on the massive backyard patio. I could go on and on. My wife and I enjoyed our stay so much that we already made plans to return. This time, no wedding! Just us, and the vinyards of course :)

House was better than advertised. House is more than well equipped--dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, etc. Deck was perfect for breakfasts and dinners. We used the grill most evenings and there is also a patio heater if it gets a bit cooler. Property is well situated for getting to wineries in the Sonoma area and also for venturing to Napa. House was clean and well appointed. It was a great weekend there and we would use this house again.

A great Sonoma hideaway!

  • 5 of 5

Our family was in Somoma for the graduation of my niece from Sonoma State University. We had researched the homes in the area for rent and settled on this Fairway Drive property. We made a great decision!

This home is in a beautiful wooded area of Sonoma, just off the beaten path. It's perfectly located as a base for spending time in the city of Sonoma and for visiting wineries in the southern area of Sonoma. We're a family of wine lovers and foodies and this house was perfect for us. The kitchen is large and is equipped like a professional culinary kitchen. Every pan, tool and smallware is at your disposal. We made a Mother's day brunch and it was like being in my own kitchen (I own a restaurant)! The home is beautifully decorated and immaculate. My wife commented about how beautifully this home is decorated.

The master suite is huge (it takes up entire 2nd fl.). There are 2 other bedrooms, an entertainment room away from main living area, laundry room etc. The back yard is beautiful, with a huge deck and BBQ area. I highly recommend this home for your next family/group get together!

"I have stayed in this beautiful well appointed Sonoma home three times over the past eighteen months. It is conveniently located in the heart of the California wine country with easy scenic drives to fabulous restaurants, beautiful wineries in Sonoma and Napa counties and only forty-five minutes to the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco. This spacious home with large rooms with high ceilings has all the modern conveniences and a gourmet kitchen. The outside is beautifully landscaped with an enormous deck in the backyard which is totally private and can easily accommodate any size group. The California wine country has become my favorite destination and I will always try to stay in this home away from home." ................R M, MD, Dallas
