Clean, well stocked unit in a great neiborhood. Check in/out was a breeze, easy parking and close to downtown. A little confusion getting the contact # for Melony but once we did she was friendly, answered questions thuroghly and replied quickly. We had a great time and will hopefully stay in the unit again.

Excellent location for Nashville sightseeing, easy parking, good restaurants nearby

This is a great little 1 bedroom condo unit built in the 1920's. Street parking is readily available at the front door and there are a lot of good restaurants within an easy 5-15 minute walk. It is in the Belmont University area but it doesn't seem to have any of the problems usually associated with a heavily student populated area. In fact, the University and it's associated buildings add to the value. The Belmont Mansion is a very interesting historical site. While we had a rental car most visitors in the building seemed to use UBER with great success. The unit owner was quick to get back to us and helpful while we arranged the rental.

We recommend this unit for a couple or very small group (max 4 people). As regular Nashville and Franklin visitors we will use it again.

So happy with this Belmont beauty

What a convenient, charming location for a Nashville stay. To start with, the owner was incredibly prompt with responses, even via text. Parking right by the room was always available, which is so rare in Nashville. In less than 10 minutes, you can walk to amazing coffee shops, a phenomenal bagel shop (Proper Bagel) and delicious Asian and Mexican restaurants. We seriously hit the jackpot. The interior was so clean and charming. You can see the 1920s details in the crown molding, but enjoy a completely updated bathroom and fully stocked kitchen. We didn't eat in, but the owner provided every utensil and item you could need. Loved the porch to enjoy the cool air. It was so quiet here, far from the bars and hustle.We have a 2.5 year old and she loved staying on the pull out couch and walking everywhere in this safe neighborhood. Would stay again!!

We were so happy with our stay at this beautiful apartment. It felt like staying at a boutique hotel, only better. The owners paid attention to every detail to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment was very clean and the building was quiet. The location made it easy to get downtown, 12 South, and all around Nashville. We used Lyft or Uber and found most of our destinations were less than a $10 ride. There were great restaurants and a Bongo Coffee shop nearby (which had wonderful breakfast). We definitely would recommend this apartment to a couple who are looking for a get away to Nashville. We didn't discover until the last day how close we were to 12 South and would definitely have spent more time in that area had we known all it had to offer. It's an easy walk from the apartment so don't miss it!

Such a great location!

We loved the neighborhood with all the beautiful homes and it was so close to everywhere we went, such as Music Row, 12 South, Hillsboro. And within a 10 minute drive to pretty much anywhere else near Broadway or East Nashville. We loved being on the first floor so we didn't have to carry our luggage up the stairs (except the entrance of course). The decor inside was really cute and you can tell the place has been kept really clean. This place had everything we needed and we were super happy with our decision to stay here, and would probably stay here again next time we come back!
