Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this homeour team is standing by!
It's always a toss up when you rent a house without seeing it first. We had two families so four adults and seven kids ranging in ages from 5-17. Our first impression was good. Cute and quaint. Kitchen and dining area with long table were great. Living areas and main bedroom and two of the bathrooms were nice. However, the upstairs space is tight. My husband and I along with our three older kids (11, 14, 17) stayed in the upstairs room. Very tight squeeze and plan on bonking your head a few times. Two outer beds were comfy but the middle bed was rough. It was convenient to have a bathroom upstairs (no shower just tub) but the toilet is in the middle of the room. Your knees hit the wall when you use it. Bottom line is we wouldn't stay again with two families but it would work well for one with a lot of smaller kids. Location was nice and beach was great. I'm a clean freak and in my opinion it was pretty clean other than dusty shelves. Kitchen and house (blankets etc) had good supplies. Property management was helpful and attentive.
Fun little old house that's been added on a lot! Great woodwork through out. Some original others added. 3 bathrooms, large well stocked kitchen with great table for after dinner kids board games and a door to drown out the noise in other areas of house. A small dining area off the living room is great for puzzles. and a Plethora of videos and video games. Located on a dead end. you can view the historical train as it comes by daily. The kids loved it. Walk to beach is easy on the wooded path.
The house is so cute, Loved the kitchen!! Had a great time!
Lovely place that felt like a beach house. We hope to return.
A wonderful little house with plenty of sleeping nooks upstairs. 3 bathrooms, well stocked with towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc. The woodwork is lovely and the whole place quite snug and homey feeling. We had 10 kids and our dogs and fit just fine. The yard is not fenced, but is tucked back on a long driveway. Only one block from the beach access. Pots, pans, and dishes were all adequate, and we loved their ceramics collection. We plan on choosing the home again if they continue to rent it out.
We had Thanksgiving dinner/weekend at Cherem House and had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for everyone and a lovely dining room for turkey day, plus a cozy fireplace and very short walk to the beach. We would love to come back here some time.
