Founded almost 450 years ago, St. Augustine has an astonishing history of a country barely half its age. The city is known for its many historic charms, gorgeous port and Ponce de Leon’s famous Fountain of Youth. While there’s plenty for adults to enjoy over any length of stay, even kids will love racing around old cobblestones filled with tales of pirates and plunder.
On Florida’s Atlantic side, St. Augustine is well-placed to offer everything to every taste. Football fans will love its proximity to Gainesville or to Jacksonville, and the excitement of Daytona Beach is nearby. Disney World is just over a two-hour drive, rounding out your perfect family vacation.

Wonderful accommodations and view.
Wonderful place for a group of 6. Perfect location.
Unfortunately we had an air conditioner maintenance issue. The V-Trips staff informed us we had to wait in the rental for 4 hours for the service technician giving up our vacation time. The person did not show up for 5 hours. No one called to tell us he would be late. Lack of communication by the V-Trips staff with us was extremely frustrating. We had to talk to several V-Trips staff over several days to get the issue addressed.
The condo, beach and pool are wonderful. The furnishings were a bit worn but still usable. The mattresses were all worn and lumpy. Some updates need to be done.
I would recommend this condo unit but not if you have to rent through V-Trips!
We are glad that yourself and your guests enjoyed the unit as well as the location. You can't beat the beach front view and being so close to downtown St. Augustine. We apologize for any inconveniences that you endured during your stay and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to rectify the problem that arose. For any miscommunication on our end, we are sorry as this was not our intent. An attempt to service the A/C unit was made but it was brought to our attention that no one was there to let maintenance in. We understand the frustrations in having to wait for an issue to be fixed but we assure you, we did try our best to address the issue for you. Although a little leaky, we were happy to know that the A/C was cooling the unit for you and your guests and not leaving you uncomfortable under the Florida sun. We know that we may not be able to make up for any lost time but we were glad to provide you with some compensation for the trouble. Fully committed to improving the overall vacationing rental experience, we will review each concern thoroughly to access the proper solutions going forth. Completely understanding your reluctance to return we hope that you will give us the chance make amends and book with us again in the future.
The condo is beautiful with a great layout. The views are amazing & the complex is well maintained.
We loved this unit and will be back!
Nice corner unit but only average overall.
We enjoyed the open floor plan and nice views of the ocean. The patio was nice but only had 2 chairs out there. The WiFi was weak. Having nice HD TVs in all the rooms was appreciated but only having SD cable was a disappointment. The appliances in the kitchen was older and should be updated. I would suggest a kitchen table that seats 6 for a 3 BR condo. We did see mold on the bathroom shower curtain and it needs to be changed out. Lastly the pool was nice and access to the beach was convenient but there wasn't a grill allowed on the property which was another disappointment.
Maintenance was non-existent
Unit was large and had a nice view but upon checkin we found broken furniture and closet doors taken off hinges and left leaning against the closet both of which were safety hazards. The blinds didn't open and the shower was moldy. Several light bulbs were out. We called maintenance 4 times and could never get them to come by. The beds were lumpy abd very uncomfortable. The unit needs a lot of maintenance!!!
Gorgeous Ocean Views, but terrible bed linens...
The good is everything you see in the pictures. Great views, lots of room, etc. Let me give you the bad, though. The bedding is not good. The sheets are like sandpaper and after you track a little sand from the floor, they will be exactly like sandpaper (think hard and cheap! 100 thread count if that's a thing). The pillows that are about an inch thick. We had to also use the pillows from the 3rd bedroom. At least one pillow on the couch had the faint smell of puke. We bought bug spray to fend off the gnats on the sliders when we got there. There were no beach chairs provided and the management company never gave us a code to get in the gate. We got it from the desk after we snuck in behind another car. When owners manage their own units, these issues get fixed, but the bigger rental companies seem to ignore these details. All that said, we'd probably stay here again (maybe buy pillows though), because you won't find better views in St. Augustine and the pool, beach and weather were great. Gorgeous ocean views. I've been vacationing in St. A. to visit relatives for 10+ years, btw., so I've stayed in many units, and mostly through vrbo. Just letting people know what to expect here, but it's nothing that I, personally, couldn't handle, so 4 stars. I just wish the owners would invest a couple hundred bucks to give people a comfy bed. We are considering coming back later this year too.
Property was ok, but management follow up on issues was non existent
Upon our initial inspection upon arrival, we identified the following: sliding door between master B.R. and balcony was frozen (unable to open), secondary B.R. slider door accessible to outside alcove/hallway was found open (not locked) and the screen slider was stuck open as well, pool was identified to be closed for repairs/renovation on Monday only. We later learned late on Monday that the pool would be closed through Thursday. This was key to us since we were looking forward to swimming in a heated pool, and obviously being available the fully week. The bed was not comfortable at all, desperately needing replacement due to the mattress wear/sinking crevices. We had several phone calls into Vacation Rental Pros while we were there for the week, while also stopping at the local office. We were told that we would be contacted by someone in management, but this never happened. Very disappointed.
