Windjammer 107 is a spacious, open-plan beachfront condo that boasts opulent décor throughout. You just know that someone has spent a lot of time and effort perfecting the look of this apartment, which adds to the feeling you get when you step inside. Feel instantly calm as soon as you enter the main living space. Stand still, take a deep breath, and relax; you are on vacation.

The main living space overlooks the soft silky sands and deep blue ocean to the east, turn the other way for a spectacular view of the Intracoastal waterway that is brimming with nature's finest delights. There are incredible water views from every room in the unit. The living room features a large, Smart TV with options to stream anything and everything you could possibly want to watch. In fact, all the TV's in the unit are Smart TVs. With a natural color scheme throughout, the furnishings accentuate the soothing feeling you get at Windjammer 107. The calming and soothing ambiance is continued throughout the entire condominium.

The open-plan layout of the main living space connects the full-service kitchen and dining area, allowing for sociable mealtimes and plenty of good conversations. The dinner table will comfortably seat up to six people; there is also a breakfast bar that is nearby which seats a further two. With ample preparation space and enough appliances to store, prepare and cook your food; you also get a coffee machine, cookware, utensils and a dishwasher included in this spacious kitchen for your added convenience.

At Windjammer 107, the bedrooms are all magnificent. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, with a panoramic view that stretches across to the ocean. Fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves lapping up on the shore or leave the patio doors slightly ajar for some fresh sea-air. Vacation Stay

Over all stay was fine. Cleaning most definitely could have been better. Accidentally left some clothing in the closet. Realized it when I got home 2 states away. Called cleaning extension and someone had already checked in. Was told they couldn't enter until guests where checked out. (which would have been on 4/7/16). Called back today 4/11/16 and they said they checked closet and clothes were not there. Hmmmmm - something just doesn't sound right with this picture. Making me second guess the help they hire. Double check you have everything when you leave because you will probably not get it back! GRRRRR :(

They tried thier best to find the lost items. We are sorry that the lost items were not located, and we wish there was more we could do.

Need to improve Garage parking situation!!!

If you want to be right at the beach, this is the place plus the deck at the intracoastal for a nice sunset, however cleaning fees a Joke for the price of this Apt, dust and dirt under the beds?? furniture need to be Updated to be luxury for this Price$$$, internet really nice and Netflix an added value when you have kids!! will recommend to assign a parking lot in the garage per Apt, since is a mess when its crowd and you get back home late night and have to park outside!! lots of person with Boat leave the trailers on the outside parking which make it tuff, 1st week pool was excellent after no idea what happens with the cleaning??. if you likes a good place to eat while you see the Sunset and Kids having fun, Caps on the Water a must right at 4325 Myrtle St, good Food & service and great wines selection , Castillo de San Marcos a Must also, plus a nice walk in Downtown, Lighthouse and Alligator Farm and if you like golfing lots of good and cheap courses: Palm Harbor, Cimarrone, St. Johns Golf & Country Club, Royal St. Augustine, South Hampton and don't forget World Golf village Both courses great rates if you play on the afternoon a must do for golfers, play all of them your pick depend on your Budget use

Unfortunately, the condo association controls the parking garage and we have no control over assigned parking being distributed. We are sorry to hear that the area under the beds was not cleaned. We have addressed this with the property management company to ensure this does not happen in the future. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the furniture. We will keep this in mind when we look into future renovations. We appreciate your feedback.
