Not only is Seaside at Anastasia 205 a mere block from the beach, but it also overlooks a small lake. That’s just one of the many features that make this three-bedroom condo such a delightful place to spend a vacation. 1 week minimum per condo rules
Seaside at Anastasia is a relatively small condominium complex with its own outdoor pool and clubhouse as well as lake. When you relax on unit 205’s shady balcony with a book and a beverage, you’ll have a perfect view of the lake—and of any wading birds that may be visiting for a drink and a rest!
A roomy corner unit, 205 is on the second floor. Don’t worry: There’s an elevator, so you don’t have to drag your bags up two flights of stairs.
The condo itself is as airy and spacious as the views outside its windows. The plush, plump living room sofas invite you to sink back, stretch out, and relax. If you’re not lulled to sleep by the soothing rhythm of the ceiling fan and the fresh sea air wafting in through the balcony doors, you can watch a favorite movie on the large wall-mounted HDTV with DVD player, surf the web via our free wireless Internet access, or curl up in the armchair with that book you’ve been longing to tuck into.
Adjacent to the living room are the sunny dining room and the kitchen. The dining table easily seats six in comfortable padded chairs (with extras available for guests). The kitchen hatch makes it easy to pass dishes through; it also allows whoever is cooking or cleaning up to take part in the dining room conversation or keep an eye on little ones in the living room.
There are plenty of restaurants just a quick drive from Seaside at Anastasia, but sometimes nothing beats a home-cooked meal. Our recently renovated kitchen has everything you need, whether you’re brewing a morning cup of coffee or whipping up a seven-course dinner: appliances, cookware, and tableware galore. There’s even a dishwasher, because nobody wants to scrub dishes while on vacation.
Seaside at Anastasia 205 also comes with sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels for all three bedrooms and both baths. Everything will be ready and waiting, so that you can soak in the tub or tumble into bed as soon as you arrive.
And given how comfortable the bedrooms are, you may just want to make lounging in bed your first order of business. The master bedroom has a sumptuous king-size bed as well as an HDTV. (Why go on vacation if you can't stay up till all hours watching old movies?) From this big room you can step out onto the balcony to wish upon a star, or slip into the en-suite bathroom with its big soaking tub, walk-in shower, and his-and-her vanities.
The second bedroom (with two single beds) and the third bedroom (with a queen-size bed) are also roomy, sunny, and furnished with TVs. These two bedrooms are conveniently situated near the second full bathroom. Speaking of convenience, Seaside at Anastasia 205 has its own washer and dryer, so that you can pack light and not have to waste a minute of your vacation in a laundry room.
And because there’s so much to do in and around Seaside at Anastasia, you’ll want to make the most of every minute, whether that means swimming in the pool, surfing in the Atlantic Ocean, or lazing on St. Augustine Beach’s sugary sands. Not only is the beach just a few minute’s walk from your condo, but so is St. Johns County Ocean Pier, a four-acre park with a splash park for the kids, picnic tables, lighted beach volleyball courts, biking trails, and of course, the pier for fishing.
What’s more, charming and historical downtown St. Augustine is only 10 minutes away by car. Marineland, shopping, and golf courses are also close by. Even the Orlando theme parks are just a day trip away.
If sea, sand, and sheer relaxation are major elements of your dream vacation, Seaside at Anastasia is perfect for you. So make your dream come time, and book your stay today!
Hi! My name is Steve Milo and I started Vacation Rental Pros in 2006. Our family stays in vacation rental homes whenever we travel, both domestically and abroad! I own several vacation homes and listen carefully to all our guests' feedback. Our greatest compliment is when folks refer Vacation Rental Pros to their friends and relatives. We now manage over 1,800 properties in Florida, Tennessee and South Carolina. We have homes in Ft. Myers Beach, Orlando, St. Augustine Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Ponte Vedra Beach, Hilton Head and Gatlinburg. We booked over 15,000 rentals and received over 5,000 guest reviews in 2016. Please call if you need help booking your dream vacation!
I do not know why VRBO has this property listed by Steve as if he owns the property. The rental contract was with "vacation rental pros". Steve never is available for a call nor responds to e-mail.
We had a lot of problems and could not talk to anyone except customer service personnel who had no decision making ability.
We rented for a month and given only one weeks stay of soap, toilet paper. We bought batteries for the chirping smoke detectors. The customer service people at vacation rental pros gave us the wrong gate codes so we had to ask the other condo residents for the correct codes.
I do not recommend this actual property as it is really dated and in disrepair.
We needed to rent for an additional 2 weeks, so went to a local real estate agent and was totally taken care of in every way.
Either book directly with a real owner or go to a reputable realtor who you can speak to, call, and have a response if anything comes up.
Overall our experience with this rental was great and we would recommend this location. The pools location provided a great place to rest and catch some of those Florida rays. The properties location allowed quick beach access that included a great play area for toddlers.
It was pretty good Trouble with Property manager about pool passes and Getting correct codes for gate at first
We enjoyed the place very much. Clean, Organized, a lot of space and nice closets. the location a 5 stars 1 block to the Beach (no crowded) and you could easy bike to Saint Augustine town driving was about 7 minutes. I would say swimming pool coul be bigger but was well situated in front of the lake. me and my wife enjoyed one night on the balcony with cheese and wine and had a joyful quiet evening. Very Nice!
The location is very nice and the beach is as god as it gets. We got there and the gate code was not what they gave us. To make it worse they changed it again in the middle of the week without telling us. They told us there would be 2 parking places and it was mid week before anyone could tell us where to park and we find out there is only 1 spot? The carpets in the condo were in need of cleaning! The beds were very hard and made a noise when you move, the hot water ran out after one person took a shower. When we tried to get problems solved the management people never answered the phone and took way too long to call back!
