Updates in 2015! Enjoy breathtaking views of the sea from several rooms in our oceanfront condo at Sea Haven 216. Beautifully appointed, maintained, and perfectly situated on one of northeast Florida's best beaches, it's the ideal sun-and-surf getaway!
Our 2-storey condo is set just beyond the lovely natural sand dunes of Crescent Beach. You'll enjoy many recent interior upgrades by the owner during the summer on 2015. The Intracoastal Waterway is not far in the opposite direction, so if you like, you can not only enjoy dawn breaking each morning, but also catch the sunset each evening!
The balcony is destined to be your favorite spot at Sea Haven 216, with its casual seating, protection from direct overhead sun, and panoramic views. You'll love the soothing murmur of the waves, the salty tang in the air, and the soft Florida breeze. Spend some time just watching the clouds move over the horizon, and the glittering ocean change hues with every shift in the weather. Ahhh! Now this is a vacation!
Of course, the balcony isn't the only place to enjoy sweeping ocean views at Sea Haven 216. One entire wall of the living room is devoted to sliding glass doors with panoramic vistas of dunes, sands, and sea. This is an airy, relaxing room, with pristine ceramic tiled floors (great on hot beach feet!), an ultra-comfortable couch (that turns into a bed for 2, if desired), and a giant wicker and bamboo chair that almost demands a nap. Go ahead -- let the kids turn on the 55 inch flat screen TV, while you sit with a frosty drink and gaze out at the ocean or finish that beach novel!
Just beyond the living room is a dining area with a round glass-topped table set with wicker chairs. Just the right size for cards or board games, it also makes a nice place to set up the computer (you have free wireless Internet at Sea Haven 216) and send all your friends a wish you were here email.
The open-plan design of Sea Haven 216 means that even when you're in the kitchen, you can see the ocean! Our convenient and fully equipped kitchen is a great place to work, even if you're just brewing a quick pot of coffee before beginning another day of adventure in the beautiful Florida outdoors! In addition to sleek travertine countertops, a tile backsplash, and wood cabinetry, you'll find all the cookware, utensils, and dishes (new dishwasher) you need here to prepare a feast. And our breakfast bar lets helpers keep you company while still watching the big game on TV or chatting with the gang in the dining area!
When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find the master suite so peaceful and inviting that you may just have to oversleep every morning of your vacation! The room gives you every reason to linger, from the new king size bed, a 32 inch; flat screen TV along with two large windows overlooking the ocean. Wicker accents and a tropical island décor add to the ambiance. The master bath contains both a tub and shower option (new glass shower doors), and all the linens and towels you need for every bed and bath at Sea Haven 216 are provided, along with a new (2015) washer and dryer to keep them (and those sandy swimsuits!) fresh and clean.
The second bedroom is also decorated in wicker, with 2 twin-sized beds and plenty of sunshine. A second full bathroom is convenient to this room, and contains a walk-in shower. All of the bedrooms have a flat screen TV with DVD players. Also, for your convenience all of the bathrooms at Sea Haven 216 contain hair dryers. We've tried to think of everything, so you can pack light with no worries!

Hi! My name is Steve Milo and I started Vacation Rental Pros in 2006. Our family stays in vacation rental homes whenever we travel, both domestically and abroad! I own several vacation homes and listen carefully to all our guests' feedback. Our greatest compliment is when folks refer Vacation Rental Pros to their friends and relatives. We now manage over 1,800 properties in Florida, Tennessee and South Carolina. We have homes in Ft. Myers Beach, Orlando, St. Augustine Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Ponte Vedra Beach, Hilton Head and Gatlinburg. We booked over 15,000 rentals and received over 5,000 guest reviews in 2016. Please call if you need help booking your dream vacation!
Great time at this property. First time at Crescent Beach . Nice and clean unit with wonderful view....didn't realize there was not an elevator, but everyone pinched in and helped !. Would go back again for sure. We have a condo at St. Augustine Beach which we love, but this place is a lot quieter. We found many new restaurants to try...Viola's, A barbecue at Palm Coast, Hazards and Red Toad and Frog I think......
For the negatives, I missed having some basic kitchen items such as condiments of salt, pepper and other spices of which I have been accustomed when staying in condos where we usually vacation. Also, some cooking items were limited such as spatulas and skillets. Another issue is our friends who were with us said the mattresses on the twin beds were not very comfortable. On the outside patio there are only 2 chairs so I would suggest a couple more chairs be added (or preferably replaced with 4 high bar style ones for better ocean viewing) in order for 2 couples to enjoy the outside area together.
On the positive, the condo was fairly clean and is comfortable overall. I particularly enjoyed the idea of t.v.s in both bedrooms as well as downstairs in the living room; I say the idea because we had difficulty with the remote for the one in the master bedroom; however, I am sure that issue is very easily rectified. With the condo having an upstairs the extra half bath downstairs is very convenient and it was especially nice to have since we had local guests a couple times for a few hours. The unit is decorated well and comfortable plus has a pretty ocean view from both the master bedroom and the living room. The people who were staying in other condos there were very nice, friendly and helpful; I am guessing many have stayed there before so the environment was relaxing and quiet. Overall, the unit is nice, maintained well and for those who can comfortably climb steps it is a nice place to stay. In conclusion, we really loved the beach there at Crescent Beach as it was not at all crowded and also is very wide and pretty plus it is only a short drive to restaurants and attractions.
The Condo Complex is nice with a great pool, easy access to the beach, far enough from St Aug hustle and bustle but close enough to get there quickly. The view from the Condo itself was GREAT! Downstairs furniture is in good shape and comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, glasses and plates (coffee cups could be bigger but I am being picky here). Overall cleanliness was good. However, the floors, especially downstairs, look clean until you walk over them with bare feet and the bottom of your feet turn black. We wore sandals anytime we got up to walk inside. The cleaning equipment was locked up or we would have mopped ourselves. If they are using a mop and bucket then I suggest using a Swiffer Wet Jet instead. The Master Queen Bed, like in other posts, is as hard as described. It would be a setting of 100 on a Sleep Number bed (it doesn’t get harder than that). Needs a softer King Bed with a headboard that doesn’t make so much noise. No way to sleep in if you wanted to in the Master Bedroom. It faces east with a big picture window that has three small blinds in it. The problem is there are spaces in between each blind that allows the sun to shine right into your eye as it is coming up. Strangely, many of the electrical outlets barely hold any plug you put into them (i.e. phone charger, lamp) they literally fall out or don’t allow electric current into the device unless you balance it correctly. Lastly, the sliding glass door leading out to the balcony is almost impossible to get open and there are holes in the screen that let bugs in so you can’t leave the door open for fresh air. I am sure the holes are there because people have walked through it. With all of that being said, we would stay there again if it had new blinds in Master, new bed in Master and the floors were cleaned better. The other stuff we could deal with. I would only recommend someone staying there after I to
We loved the location, the view was spectacular, the pool was nice, the owners decorated tastefully and the price was excellent; however, there were a few things that needed attention: the beds were uncomfortable, the bedding needed a makeover, the pans were scratched and some missing lids and many of the electrical sockets were too loose to plug things in.
