Designer furnishings, high quality towels, linens and amenities. Covered patio now sports two large shade umbrellas, thanks to the mean neighbor! Still a super spot to relax, especially since alcohol has been prohibited on the beach, you can still watch the passers-by or breathtaking sunsets from your private patio while savoring your choice of 'adult beverages'.!

Four beach cruiser bikes, 6 beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels...everything you'll truly enjoy either tooling around the neighborhood or sunning on the sand! We've even provided three pop-up beach cabanas to shade you and the little ones.

Of course, expect 4 flat screen TVs, free nation-wide phone service, hi-speed Internet, more TV channels than one needs, DVD player, a remote control gas fireplace, dining for 6 plus the beautiful granite bar...truly an elegant destination! Even the garage, which houses the washer/dryer, is upscale with it's marbleized floor coating.

Great Getaway!

I took my sister's here as a Xmas gift and everybody had a blast. We were in a great location, walking distance from many restaurants & bars and the place was great. It was stocked with everything we needed and more! The outdoor patio area was phenomenal and we spent alot of our time out there, even grilled out one of the days. Everybody in our group said it was the "best Xmas gift ever", can't wait to go back.

EXCELLENT LOCATION

The location of this property couldn't have been any better. The Bay and beach was right outside our front door and the ocean was only 2 short blocks around the back of the house. You get the best of both worlds where you can sit on the front patio which is totally peaceful with a walkway along the Bay Beach in both directions. Across the Bay from the front door is a marina where you can rent any kind of Boats, paddle boards, etc. to use in the Bay. One block up towards the ocean is any kind of night life you could want for all ages along with restaurants, shops, and rental shops to rent anything from surf boards, wet suits, etc. to use in the Ocean. The home itself is clean, with plenty of room for watching TV, kitchen counter for eating and nice dining room table for meals. It also has 2 nice size extra bedrooms and a large master bedroom with a nice size bathroom with shower, tub and two sinks and the home has everything you'll need for a great relaxing time. We highly recommend this rental and we had a great time and will be coming back several times in the future. The host of the home was very helpful and took care of all our needs.

Perfect for Families

This is the second year in a row my husband and I stayed here with 2 of our daughters and their families. Included in our group are 4 grandchildren under 6 years old. One of the many bonuses are the two walkin closets where we set up blowup beds for the little ones. The kids were able to play on the sand where they could be easily supervised from the porch without the fear of a crowded beach. No need to haul the cooler out to the sand. The front gate is right across the sidewalk to the sand. This house is clean, updated kitchen & bathrooms, ground level, 2-car garage, alley parking next to house. Great location. Bikes with locks, beach chairs and toys provided. We plan to return until our families out grow it. Patti was easy to work with and very accommodating to our needs. Can't wait for next year!

Bayside Beauty!

Our group of three couples traveled to Mission Bay for some sunshine! This home/condo did not disappoint. Absolutely loved being on the bayside - less wind than the ocean side - and loved being on the boardwalk. The home has great "strand cruiser" bicycles and we used them daily. Even rode bikes to the nearby Ralph's grocery store! Also a short two blocks to the ocean side where there is also a bike/walking strand where we biked to breakfast and beyond. The rental contact, Patti, was a gem to work with. So fun to talk to her and she was always available for questions prior to and even during our stay. The home decor is beautiful, great kitchen with everything you can imagine. The bathroom's a beautiful granite and gorgeous master shower! Loved the BBQ on the patio/deck and we dined outside every night! The best benefit of this rental is the awesome 2 car garage, which is a must in this area! Parking can be difficult. Just steps from the house is the aqua rental center where you can rent stand up paddle boards, hobie cats, sail boats, and kayaks. So much to do in Sail Bay. This home would be great for families with small children too since the bay is so calm, and also the patio area is secure. Loved everything about this place, and will definitely book again!

Impressive Property!

We rented the property for a long weekend for our daughter's college graduation. The home is ideally located within walking distance to restaurants, bars and specialty coffee! The home was clean and included all amenities plus some! We loved the home and would definitely stay here again.

Great Property and Great Location!

This home is in the perfect location for anything you might like to do in the area. My four year son got up every morning and ran out to the sand to play until we drug him someplace else. The home is just like it is described and Patti called to make sure we got settled in ok and to see if we had any questions. Thanks Patti for all you did and we can not wait to visit again!

Owner's Response: The wonderful benefit of managing an ideal beach location such as this one is "meeting" so many terrific guests and being comfortable in knowing their vacation time will be special! It's a perfect spot for small children, too...bay waters are so calm and much warmer than the ocean. This lovely family left the condo is super condition and many thanks to them for being such ideal guests! I do hope they return again....soon!
