About Lois Budrose/Owner/Manager-978-335-0119

Built in 1986 as an 8 stall carriage house, Misselthwaite Manor was remodeled into a 4 bedroom residence, reminiscent of an english manor home complete with exposed beams, raised paneling, Count Rumford fireplace and many authentic amenities of the time. With its tiled floors and unique wallpapered baths, fashioned after an english country manor home, each room is just a little bit different in decor.

Why Lois Budrose/Owner/Manager-978-335-0119 chose North of Boston & Greater Merrimack Valley

Eastern Point is a peninsula jutting out into the sea yet surrounded by wooded walking paths to the ocean, a light house and rugged open ocean back shore, all from my door. There are many cozy beaches nearby, as well as Good Harbor Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in New England. A short bike or car ride brings you to the Historic Rocky Neck Art Colony with its many restaurants and working artists, or to downtown with its winding streets, shops, restaurants and cozy nooks and crannies of this quaint fishing town. Go Whale watching, take a shuttle boat across town or tour the harbor up the cut. You'll never run out of things to do, concerts at Stage Fort Park and Harbor Loop nightly. Brunch or sunset cruise on the Beauport Princess, a world class cruising ship.

What makes this house unique
