About Brad Mallow and Daniel Skahen

Growing up, our family vacationed in the Cape every summer and we came to appreciate the unique beauty of the national seashore, historical preservation and laid back life that this area offers.

Brad Mallow and Daniel Skahen purchased this condo in 2013

Why Brad Mallow and Daniel Skahen chose Provincetown

We were drawn to Provincetown because of the rich art history that is as strong today as it was 120 years ago. Provincetown is one of the oldest art colonies in the United States and this heritage is still alive today. Take a stroll down Commercial street and you will see numerous galleries -- many of which have seen generations of painters.

Our home was built in 1850 and was a single family home before being transformed into a condo association nearly 50 years ago.

Two couples enjoyed a week in this comfortable oasis close to all the fun! We savored the great nearby restaurants and appreciated the nearby gym! We found the condo was a home away from home ... comfy and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some fantastic meals. The full size appliances were a plus. Best of all, the rooms' design & spacing allowed 4 adults to move easily about without waking others!

Beautifully appointed; perfect location

  • 5 of 5

We spent a week here and it was wonderful. The outdoor space is large with comfortable furniture and surprisingly quiet despite being right on Bradford St. The beds are very comfortable. All modern fixtures and appliances with tons of glasses/trays and utensils. We were with a larger group that were staying in various other locations and we entertained outside several times during our week. Owner was very quick and responsive to the questions we had. The location is perfect -- close enough to get into town quickly but just far enough to be quiet. No issues with the traffic or noise on Bradford as other reviewers had commented but we were there on a non-theme week. Individual, modern air conditioning units in each room were simple to adjust and quiet. Living area is compact but very comfortable for 4. Will definitely return and would certainly recommend! This was our eighth time in Ptown and we have stayed at so many places - 39 Bradford is our favorite!!

Fantastic Place!

  • 5 of 5

We shared the property for one week with another couple and found it to be ideally suited to our needs. It is on the ground floor, with two bedrooms and with two baths each couple had their own private spaces which we really appreciated. The shared spaces were very comfortable and nicely decorated. We used the outdoor space and the grill twice and it was very nice to have that additional space available. The location was perfect. The property sits on a corner that is very near to Commercial Street. There is a gym across the street and a bike rental shop across the other street. We biked to the beach and to bike trails at the seashore and also into town several times. In the evenings we walked to the nearby restaurants, shops and bars. It's just far enough away from all of that to remain on the quiet side. The bathrooms and kitchen were great--newly renovated. The wifi worked without any hiccups. We even did laundry. We would definitely stay there again. There are upstairs neighbors, and occasionally we did hear them but it a reasonable amount of noise that did not deter from our enjoyment of the property.

Wonderful home

  • 5 of 5

We loved your home and would definitely stay there again. The owners were very responsive and quick to answer questions. The home was super clean, great location, wonderful bathrooms (wish I had them at home), the neighborhood was peaceful. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking in Ptown.
