About Brad Mallow and Daniel Skahen

Growing up, our family vacationed in the Cape every summer and we came to appreciate the unique beauty of the national seashore, historical preservation and laid back life that this area offers.

Brad Mallow and Daniel Skahen purchased this condo in 2013

Why Brad Mallow and Daniel Skahen chose Cape Cod

We were drawn to Provincetown because of the rich art history that is as strong today as it was 120 years ago. Provincetown is one of the oldest art colonies in the United States and this heritage is still alive today. Take a stroll down Commercial street and you will see numerous galleries -- many of which have seen generations of painters.

Our home was built in 1850 and was a single family home before being transformed into a condo association nearly 50 years ago.

Danny and Brad were so awesome! The house was beautiful! It was a perfect weekend, especially since our stay here was so great!!! The house was so clean and had absolutely beautiful interior decor. The kitchen was very nice and stocked with all the necessary cooking needs. I highly recommend staying here!!! Right off commercial street...perfect location! Thank you again Brad and Danny!!!

Luxurious Relaxation centrally located!

  • 5 of 5

Our stay early Sept was wonderful. Immaculate condo fully stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. The best feature for us was the patio. Plenty of seating (needs an umbrella at the table), great grill. We could walk to everything. Brad was immediately responsive when we needed him once. I couldn't recommend this place more. It was perfect for 4 people

Class Act

  • 5 of 5

This was the second time we stayed here. It is such a great place for the location and for the floor plan. The place is well appointed and the bedrooms are divided by a hallway, which allows much privacy when traveling with another couple. We used the outdoor patio for breakfast and just to hang out as the furniture is very comfortable. The washer/dryer and iron are appreciated as well! The location is an easy walk to commercial street and Ptown bikes is just across the street. If you are traveling with another couple and want a cool and welcoming place, this would be it. The owners are easy to work with and provide all the amenities and directions to make your stay a great one.

Wonderful Place

  • 5 of 5

Shore Enough says it all! This place is fabulous! We could not have asked for a nicer, cleaner place to stay with top of the line appliances and furnishings. The owners communicated with us immediately when we had any questions. They were great! We hope to stay again with them!

Great Place in Ptown

  • 5 of 5

This spacious 2 bedroom/bath is a great find for couples traveling together. The floor plan allows for plenty of privacy as the bedrooms/bathrooms are separated by a hallway. They've put a lot of work/thought into the renavation and it shows. The full washer/dryer is appreciated. Although the yellow bedroom is on Bradford, the noise was not bad. Porch is spacious and we hung out there a lot. Great for breakfast and dinner!

Perfect Simplicity in Provincetown

  • 5 of 5

Nicely remodeled space in a perfect location across the street from Mussel Beach Gym (cleanest gym ever) and bike rental shop.

Amenities are better than other places we've rented in P'Town; higher quality linens, appliances, and kitchen staples. Bathrooms spacious and clean. WiFi worked great, TV system a bit cumbersome (where's TURNER CLASSIC MOVIES?) but you get the hand of it after a few tries. You should be outdoors anyway!

Communication with owners easy and responsive.

As it was "wicked cold", we didn't get to use the outdoor space, but we hope to return in summer. It looked like a nice place to have a cocktail at the end of a fun day of play.

It is on the ground level, so if you have issues with folks walking over your heads, that would be something to think of. Wasn't a problem for us, but worth noting.
