Hawk’s Nest 201 is a modern and luxurious second floor coach home located within the award winning Fiddler’s Creek private residential community. Enter through the ground floor one-car garage (stocked with 2 beach cruiser bikes for you!), and follow your private staircase up to the second floor living area. The open floor plan encompasses a chic living room with a flat screen TV, a modern dining nook, a breakfast (or cocktail!) bar, and an eat-in kitchen with plenty of natural light. Glass doors lead out to the large lanai, which offers a private outdoor space for dining, sunning all afternoon, and enjoying the tranquil preserve view with Southwestern exposure (great sunsets!). Two bedrooms and two full baths sleep 4 comfortably. An office/den provides extra space for relaxing or working and a full size sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 additional guests. Fully renovated with high-end European fixtures and appliances, granite counters, and exquisite contemporary art, this condo is designed for the most discerning guest!

The Hawk’s Nest community pool is right across the parking area from the unit with plenty of chaise lounges, offering a quiet place to soak up the sun. Outside the Hawk’s Nest neighborhood, you can follow the running and biking paths through the lushly landscaped 4,000 acres that make up Fiddler's Creek finding nature preserves and all kinds of native Florida plants along the way. The main 54,000 square foot Club & Spa facility is about 1.5 miles from the condo offering a full private resort experience! Membership to Club is transferable with your rental and includes use of the 3 resort style pools with beverage and towel service, two on-site restaurants, state of the art fitness center featuring a full schedule of classes, tennis center and social events. Golf is available on a pay as you play basis at Fiddler’s Creek’s championship Arthur Hills designed Creek Course, which has been named one of GolfWeek’s Top 100 residential courses for eight consecutive years. Reciprocal membership at the Tarpon Beach Club on Marco Island is also available for an additional membership fee. Tarpon Beach Club offers private beach access with valet parking, two on-site restaurants, beach chairs, umbrellas and towel service.

We enjoyed our modern second floor, well laid out, well appointed 2 BR, 2B + den and west looking Lanai over pleaceful wetlands, but there is no elevator, one car garage with new Weber electric grill.
