About Ana

I'm a world traveler originally from the SF Bay Area, but I love Seattle, my adopted 'hometown' for 25 years. These days, my husband and I are spending the winter in Tucson--- and summers in Seattle.

Having lived in Germany, France, Mexico, Spain, Tunisia, and Turkey, I've been able to pick up several languages... French & Spanish being my strongest suits.

In my spare time, I play a lot of tennis, hike, swim, and see as many movies as I can!

Ana purchased this townhome in 2008

Why Ana chose Seattle

I have enjoyed living in Madison Valley/ East Capitol Hill since I arrived in Seattle in 1991. It's a great neighborhood out of the hubbub of downtown, but it's super convenient to so many attractions.

What makes this townhome unique

Casana is a newer craftsman style townhouse that we built in 2008.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Casana is a great location for your stay in Seattle. The boutique shops and neighborhood restaurants of Madison Park are just steps away. One can also walk to Seattle's Arboretum and to Lake Washington. Although we had a car, at times we opted to use the nearby public transportation... Trader Joe's, Safeway, and several excellent bakeries are within walking distance.

Fantastic town home, close to everything!

  • 5 of 5

Everything about this property was great! Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and gardens, only 10-15 minutes to downtown. Beautifully furnished, terrific kitchen/dining and living area, and super comfy beds. Having bathrooms on each of the three levels was also very nice. Ana was so friendly and easy to work with! We look forward to staying here on our next visit to Seattle!

Great time in Seattle!

  • 4 of 5

We had a great time at Ana's place! It is centrally located to most everything, yet far enough away to avoid the crowds and congestion of downtown. Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, the unit is clean, tastefully decorated with plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully stocked with every amenity we needed. I would highly recommend Ana's place to anyone wanting to visit Seattle!

Spacious, immaculate, well stocked home very close to the bus line

  • 5 of 5

We highly recommend the townhouse for your Seattle visit. With three large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, our party of three adults and two children had more than enough space. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, so you really can cook if you want. The home was immaculate and well maintained. Plus, there is an on site parking spot. Ana was extremely responsive to our questions and requests. The bus lines to the Space Needle and Pike Place Market are a very easy walk from the home--we used public transportation throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Seattle.

Nice, clean modern home with great amenities

  • 4 of 5

The house was very well laid out, and plenty of room for our whole family with the bathrooms on each floor. Only reason to give four rather than five stars is due to the neighborhood location. It's a nice neighborhood, but just not a nice sit out on the deck and enjoy the view kind of place. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and the arboretum, and the bus stop is nearby too. 25-30 minute bus trip to the city downtown. Ana was very hospitable and welcomed us warmly, and kept in touch with us during our stay.

Perfect for our family of 5

  • 5 of 5

What a great place to spend a long weekend in Seattle. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. It was so nice to see the extra-special touches like: plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, dishwashing soap, salt, sugar, coffee filters and even some coffee! The neighborhood is fantastic with many cool shops, restaurants, and a great bakery. Parking was easy on the street and we were very close to downtown. We would most definitely stay here again.

Awesome Place!!!!

  • 5 of 5

We were in Seattle for 3 weeks and this place was perfect for us. My brother and sister came to visit for a couple of days and we had plenty of space. The open kithcen/living room space is perfect for family time. Very spacious. The quiet neighborhood was close enough & far enough away from downtown.(maybe 2 miles to downtown, literally a couple of minutes by car or bus stop around the corner). We had one problem and the owners fixed it immediately. Great people. We will definitely stay here again if its available.
