It was wonderful accommodations for our family to ring in 2017! Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us. I would only request more kitchen towels!

Also the gal that checked us in was very rude. We placed some trash in her receptacle and she took her foot and slammed it down. There were no outside trash cans. She handed me our envelope, gave us no instructions or directions. Thank goodness we were familiar with WP and knew where to go. I have previously used Destinations West for the past 17 years, which I understand is part of your group. We never had any issues with DW. I don't appreciate the gals rudeness, especially spending $5,000 for our 5-night stay.

I can assure you Resort Management Group doesn't tolerate our employees being rude to guests, and I will follow up with this employee to be sure she understands that moving forward. Just to clarify we have no relationship with Destinations West. We hope you are willing to give us another shot, and can come back to see us soon! We do offer discounts to returning guests who book with us directly. Give me a shout when you are ready to book another trip as I'd like to give you an additional discount for the issues you had at the front desk.
