House, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)
The Sonoma Bungalow is set under the giant oaks of California. This recently remodeled 2 bedroom home is surrounded by nature. Trees are seen from every window. This peaceful retreat is beautifully decorated with art and artifacts from the owners travels around the world. It has hardwood hickory floors covered in oriental carpets, a travertine tile bathroom with views into the trees from bath or shower, skylights, hand-tiled wood burning fireplace, a hot tub to relax in, and all new kitchen with cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and gas stove. There is a 32' inch flat-screen TV, access to Netflix and Pandora (no cable for those who want to escape a bit of the real world), and high speed wifi.
There are queen-size beds in both bedrooms with lush down bedding. The front deck has a large cedar dining table and wrap around outdoor couch. Perfect for a meal under the oaks. The back deck, off one of the bedrooms, is a quiet spot to read a book or soak in the 2 person hot tub.
The bungalow is located 3 miles from the Sonoma square in a quiet, residential neighborhood with mostly owner occupied homes. The street is filled with old, live oak trees and in the winter and spring a babbling creek flows through the property. During the summer months all you can hear at night is the sound of crickets.
After a day of wine tasting or exploring the Sonoma/Napa Valleys, return to your retreat, park behind the gated entrance and cross the bridge to rest under the oaks, relax on the expansive redwood deck, soak in the hot tub or dine outdoors under the shade. Perfect for enjoying the beautiful warm Sonoma days and evenings.
Sonoma Valley is blessed with award winning wineries & vineyards, historic sites, restaurants, open-air markets, museums, galleries, boutiques, and wonderful opportunities for hiking & biking. The Sonoma Bungalow is centrally located to embrace it all - just 45 minutes from San Francisco, with access to all Wine Country locations including Sonoma, Russian River, Alexander Valley, Napa and the Silverado Trail, minutes from over 40 wineries in the Sonoma Valley, yet close to town. The Sonoma Mission Inn's world famous spa is located a short 10 minute walk from the house, while Jack London State Park is located just up the road in beautiful Glen Ellen, one of most enchanting towns in the Wine Country.

Perfect spot in Sonoma!
We loved our stay at Gianna's home! It is a beautiful home with lots of character in a great location in Sonoma. Just a quick 10 minute drive from the Sonoma Square and easy access (via car/Uber) to many wineries. Plenty of space for 4 adults.
Gianna was also very responsive and great to communicate with. Would love to stay here again for future visits!
