A few steps from the back door and you will be on the Village Trail, which is a 7-minute walk to the charming Sun Peaks Resort village centre. From the living room and back sun decks you can either view skiers on the Mt. Morrisey slope or golfers on the 2nd fairway of the golf course. The condo - decorated with original art - has a fully equipped kitchen for your enjoyment and convenience on your ski or golf holiday. The bunk/TV room in basement (main entry level) provides additional sleeping options and space for socializing, playing games or watching TV. Large boot change area located in converted garage space keeps outdoor gear warm and organized.

About The Owner

We are a local couple who have skiied this mountain since the mid 1960's. We bought our first cabin in 1974 at the base of Tod Mtn and moved up the valley to The Peaks development in 1996. This condo is spacious and was perfect for our growing family. We love Sun Peaks in both winter and summer - skiing, golfing, biking, hiking and more.

Practically Perfect in every way

We were two families with 3 kids ages 8, 9 and 11. The pictures don't do this place justice. The condo is three levels - on the first level is a garage that has been converted into a ski storage/drying/changing/etc room which we loved having, and also on ground floor a fully finished and spacious bunk room. The bunk room has two bunk beds (flannel sheets and duvets) and couches - a tv and lots of kids movies. Our girls (and parents) loved having a room they could hang out in and do their own thing. On the second floor is an extremely well stocked kitchen, literally everything you need - like going to a friend's house. Gas fireplace - great views of ski runs, and full bath. On the third floor is another full bath, washer/dryer and two bedrooms. Comfy beds, quiet. There was a hot tub, which oddly we did not use. Easily accessed walking trail behind the condo and an easy walk (5 min. approx.) to the ski lifts. My 8 year old was happy walking to/from the village from the condo- we did pull her in a sled when she had ski boots on (she skied back). I recommend bringing a sled for pulling young kids. We LOVED Sun Peaks - such a welcoming and friendly ski area. Kids program is amazing. Lots of sledding places, ice skating, cross country skiing, the village is family friendly and walkable. I recommend bringing groceries (particularly fresh fruit/vege/meats) with you but there is a small grocery in the village - lots of good restaurants if you don't feel like cooking. Condo owners are friendly, good communication, we recommend without hesitation. Clean and comfortable. We will be back - thanks for a memorable family holiday!

Would strongly recommend this accommodation!

Several members of my family stayed here at Sun Peaks for 3 nights over New Years. I would highly recommend it.. we had a fabulous experience! The condo is very warmly decorated, comfortable for several people of different ages and every need of guests is anticipated. We did a lot of cooking and meal preparation and there wasn't one utensil, cooking pan etc. that we needed that wasn't there.

It is very quiet and convenient for accessing the mountain's activities. There are walking trails close by and it is within easy walking distance of getting to the lift.

The owner's are very helpful;... instructions all clear and concise.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse. The property is modern, large and very clean. We loved the ski gear storage area in the garage. There are racks for skis and boards and hooks for ski clothes. It was nice to keep the gear out of the living space and well organized. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a nice view from the hot tub.

It is a 5 or so minute walk to the village. Several of our group walked to the village in ski boots so not a long walk!

The owner is great to deal with and responds to emails quickly. She even left us a nice basket of treats! We would definitely book this townhouse again.
