Year Purchased: 1995
About the owner: I am semi-retired from the commercial real estate business and my wife retired from the Beaufort Co. School System. We look forward to spending more time on the river, as well as enjoying more time with family, friends and our two grandchildren.
Why the Owner Chose Bath, NC, USA:
I was born and raised in Beaufort County, North Carolina. I returned to the area to be near my aging parents and to enjoy a slower paced lifestyle, focusing on what I value the most. After returning to the area, I remarried in 2005. My wife and I now split our time between our two homes. The cabin is not just a rental, but our second home.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
When staying at this property, my wife and I enjoy relaxing and entertaining family and friends by the pool. We also love kayaking and boating. However, our favorite thing to do is enjoy our morning coffee in the porch rockers or in the sunroom overlooking the pool and Bath Creek. At the day's end, the sunsets are spectacular whether viewed from the boathouse deck, the porches, pool decks or sunroom.
