Stay in a beautiful 3-bed house within a short drive to the beach. It includes a 2-car garage, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, living room with a fireplace, 2.5 bathrooms, balcony, and terrace. Come and stay in a house that combines the beauty of rustic natural materials with a touch of elegance. the house includes travertine floors throughout the house, granite counters in the kitchen, travertine master bathroom, and parquet in the bedrooms. Some of the photos are old and do not show the improvements that I have recently made to the house . The photos showing granite slab counters are the most current ones.
The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. The town of Chapultepec offers shops, restaurants, markets, and Estero Beach resort is very near. It's home to one of the best taco stands, my opinion, in Ensenada. They make their tacos with steak right off the grill and hand-made corn tortillas cooked on the spot. If you like menudo Michoacan-style, you can enjoy it nearby but make sure to go early or you will have to wait in line. Right next to this business, you can find a restaurant that specializes in carnitas, chicharrones, and rosticery chickens. Costco, Walmart, and Home Depot, if you must have them :), are only a short drive away. Downtown Ensenada is within a 20 minute drive.
Please keep in mind that this is Mexico so my neighborhood has many unpaved roads, empty lots, and a mixture of homes. My house is located in a part of town where a number of Americans have retired and where local people live too. Some of the homes are nice and some of the homes are not so nice. I'm not trying to discourage anybody, I just simply want you to know what to expect. The neighborhood is not a resort. I live in Germany and every two years, I get to come home with my wife and kids and we all love it. If you would like to read some reviews, you can find the property with Airbnb too.
