The extra bedroom has two twin-size beds; when added to the sofa sleeper in the living area, you can comfortably sleep six people in this condo!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in unit 4229. The unit was clean with a great view of the gulf. The beach was a short walk. The complex has ample parking and good security. The check in and check out was very a very easy process.

Great place to stay!

Rental was just as described. Everything was very clean. The washer is VERY loud, so just be aware - it scared me to death! Remember to bring coffee filters! There are not any there. Pack some additional dishwasher detergent as well. All in all a great place to rent. We extended one day longer. The rental company changed our door code without notice however upon the additional day. It was a hassle trying to get that information to the other people staying in the condo on short notice. My suggestion is that either you let the occupant know BEFORE you change it ... or keep it the same if they decide to extend a day. It would have been better if the person at Gibson had actually apologized instead of acting like it was an inconvenience that I was calling to request the new code as I was locked out. With all the upgraded access to the app on the phone, you would think this process would be perfected.

Owner's Response: We are so glad ya'll loved the accommodations and could even stay with us another day longer. Who doesn't like staying longer at the beach? We are so very sorry there was confusion on your extended stay and the door code we had generated for you. Our keyless locks provide a convenient way to access the property without having to keep up with keys but are a bit sensitive on code changes. This should have never been a problem for you, and we have addressed this with the new staff member who extended your stay to ensure she knows how to skip this headache for the future. We never meant to cause any grief and hope you can forgive us for the inconvenience. We are checking out the washing machine as well to ensure it's in proper working condition. We know these are normally smaller appliances than a standard-size washer/dryer but any super loud noises are a concern of ours! We'll get things in tip top shape and truly apologize again for any dissatisfaction you have with our team. It's our goal to be happy and friendly so maybe a milkshake work meeting will do the trick!

A little apprehensive at first because we did not know the area or management company. I called to inquire about another unit and one of the ladies suggested this unit instead. I am so glad she did. We absolutely loved the unit, the view and the overall condition of the unit. Will definitely book again and highly recommend this unit to anyone. They also take security at the complex very seriously and insure that no one comes in our out the gates unauthorized.

The condo itself was wonderful. The problem was the construction going on at the building. It started at 8am and we could not sleep because they were cutting tiles right below our third story window. For the price we paid to rent this property, we should have been made aware of the construction noise or been given a discount.

We had a great stay. The Condo was very clean and updated. We had an air conditioning problem when we first arrived that was handled in a timely manner and the girls in the Gibson office were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use Gibson again.
