This was a wonderful place to stay on our Austin vacation. Plenty of space. Very clean. Nice remodel. Literally 2 minutes from fun SoCo area. Really close to downtown. Accommodating owner. Would strongly recommend to visitors.

MLK Weekend in SoCO

Jim has a great place. He is a great host that is very helpful. We got in friday evening and the place was good to go. Jim warned us that there was some renos going on, but the inside was perfect. There were three bedrooms and 2 full baths which was perfect for 2 couples and a baby. The location is minutes from downtown austin, soco, and just about anywhere else. Definitely would come back. Thanks Jim!

Awesome place to stay and great location

House was amazing, myself and a group of four friends from other parts of the country were in Austin for a week. House was quiet, neighborhood was quiet, and great place to relax and unwind. It was center point for all the places we wanted go in Austin when meeting up with other friends at various restaurants who were in town for an event too. The area is quiet, and everything was just perfect place to vacation hope to come back next year and rent again sometime in the future.

Great accommodation, great location

We stayed here end of May/start June and really enjoyed our time. The house has great facilities, in a quiet location and was very comfortable to relax in. We really appreciated there being household items stocked up in the kitchen, bathroom and garage ready for us. Jim came by a few times to make sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful - even took us to the car rental place so we could hire a car! It's a good location for South Congress, downtown and easy access to major roads for trips outside Austin. Would highly recommend it!

Great location, excellent accomodations

We stayed here in April 2013. It is a perfect location! The South Congress area is easy walking distance, downtown Austin is very close by, and its perfect for day trips to Fredericksburg, San Antonio, and the hill country. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Jim is a perfect host! I would not hesitate to rent this place again.

Simply the Best!!!

My husband & I ...along with my son & daughter-in-law rented this home located in trendy SoCo for my daughter's wedding. It was very close to the wedding venue & not far from Zilker Park (my son & his wife had tickets for Austin City Limits). We rented a car and appreciated the garage. The description of the rental is very accurate. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The home was very clean & well-maintained with updated appliances & many amenities like HDTV, WiFi, etc.

Jim, the owner is awesome! Friendly & flexible and offers great communication via cell phone or email. Jim provides many extras that other rentals don't provide like coffee, condiments, laundry detergent, softener, shampoo/conditioner, body wash etc.....very much appreciated!

My sister & her family visited the home while we were there & are definitely planning on renting for their next visit. We will most certainly rent this home for our next visit to Austin. It truly was our home away from home and we highly recommend this property! You will not be disappointed.
