Great location to SOCO.

Backyard was under repairs so it was unusable. Kind of a disaster actually. Jim apologized for the state it was in but it was a stinker nonetheless. The house itself was great...Jim was nice and accommodating. Buddy the cat was very friendly and sweet. The neighbors dog barks all the time which is annoying.

Spacious, acessible, and comforting

There was plenty of space for 10 people and the location was great. The owner, Jim, is a very kind and thoughtful man who offered to get us anything we needed. The home and its furnishes are comfortable and in good taste.

I highly reccomend this home for your trip(s).

BIG CLEAN and CENTRAL

This was a lovely stay, Jim the owner was helpful and kind. It's VERY central to anything you would want to do in Austin, location was great! Uber is back in Austin and so whether you rent a car or uber, you are close to everything.

Jim's house is clean and big, it was perfect for us, 4 adults and a kid. He has tons of supplies in the kitchen, everything you might need, except tupperware, but you will most likely be eating out if you're in Austin anyway.

Lovely, clean house in a fabulous location.

This was a wonderful place to stay on our Austin vacation. Plenty of space. Very clean. Nice remodel. Literally 2 minutes from fun SoCo area. Really close to downtown. Accommodating owner. Would strongly recommend to visitors.

MLK Weekend in SoCO

Jim has a great place. He is a great host that is very helpful. We got in friday evening and the place was good to go. Jim warned us that there was some renos going on, but the inside was perfect. There were three bedrooms and 2 full baths which was perfect for 2 couples and a baby. The location is minutes from downtown austin, soco, and just about anywhere else. Definitely would come back. Thanks Jim!

Awesome place to stay and great location

House was amazing, myself and a group of four friends from other parts of the country were in Austin for a week. House was quiet, neighborhood was quiet, and great place to relax and unwind. It was center point for all the places we wanted go in Austin when meeting up with other friends at various restaurants who were in town for an event too. The area is quiet, and everything was just perfect place to vacation hope to come back next year and rent again sometime in the future.
