The swimming pool is tucked into the sheltered courtyard, and the Jacuzzi sits on the beach side with an uninterrupted view. The 2 bedroom is approximately 1100 square feet. Fully equipped kitchen. 4100 Gulf Blvd. at Gardenia.

Very nice condo, great access to the beach.
Our four senior friends enjoyed this property immensely, very pleasant rooms, the mirrored wall made everything seem bigger. Bridge access across the dunes to the beach was right there at the parking lot. Only problem we encountered was the TV not working; maintenance came to fix it and we were fine then. Restrooms fans were very noisy, as were the jets in the whirlpool tub, but that did not take away from our enjoyment of the stay. The property is lovely and looks directly onto the beach at sunrise.

Great place to unwind!
Four of us stayed at Seagull 202 for four nights and loved it. The place was clean, updated, and nicely decorated in the beach theme shown in the pictures. We caught the sunrise a coupe times from the balcony and the other two times we walked the few minutes down to the beach. The whole complex was in great shape and the pool was well maintained. This condo is in a great location and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future. The pictures don't lie!
This place fit our needs perfectly. Close to the beach, close to the strip and restaurants. Great place to stay and very comfortable for our family. Would have liked to stay a little longer. Will definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Upon arrival please check in with Padre Island Rentals at 3100 Padre Blvd. on the corner of Padre Blvd. & Kingfish St. Our office is 1 3/4 miles north of the causeway and one block north of the Blue Marlin supermarket.
To get to the Seagull unit 102 from our office, make a right on Padre Blvd. and head north to the intesection of Gardenia Dr. & Gulf Blvd. Turn right onto Gardenia and go to the end of the block where Gardenia ends at Gulf Blvd. The Seagull entrance is at 4100 Gulf Blvd, enter the parking area and park in the assigned parking available for 202. At the gate entrance enter the code provided at check in. SG202 is on the second Floor.
