Enjoy a piece of paradise at Bahia Mar Condominium Community, Unit 180, your home away from home. Condo is located in Building 1, which is one of the three buildings closest to the beach. Maximum occupancy is 8, however 2 additional occupants 10 years old or younger are permitted. This cozy condo is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience South Padre Island.

Start your day eating breakfast on the oceanfront furnished balcony while you take in the views of the Gulf of Mexico. In the afternoon quench your thirst with a refreshing beverage while you sit back and enjoy the salty sea breeze while listening to the soothing ocean waves. In the evening watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water.

Natural light brightens the kitchen and living rooms through large floor to ceiling windows and fun circular port hole windows. In the afternoon take a break to enjoy a snack while lounging on the cushy leather couches. Open the sliding glass door leading out to the balcony to let in the salty sea breeze to enjoy indoors. When the sun goes down, watch a movie on the flat screen TV or play a competitive game of cards.

Enjoy the gorgeous red and black granite counter tops as you whip up your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Has a 5-shelf pantry to fill with your favorite foods, extra storage in cupboard below breakfast bar. Dining table seats 6 guests comfortably, 2 additional seats at breakfast bar.

The first guest bedroom, decorated in vibrant tropical motifs, offers a queen and full-size beds. The perfect room to unwind from a fun filled day while you read a good book. Enjoy the views of the ocean and gorgeous swimming pool through the port hole window. Has a large closet with upper shelf and 4-drawer dresser to store your belongings. Guest bathroom located directly across hallway, has a walk-in shower and plenty of storage for your toiletries.

The large roomy second guest bedroom features two twin and two queen size beds. Has ample storage for belongings in 4 and 6 drawer dressers and closet with upper shelving. Features a private beachfront balcony and a flat screen TV. Freshen up in the spacious attached guest bathroom with a gorgeous granite vanity. The tub/shower combo is perfect for soaking in a hot bubble bath to relax your tired muscles from a fun filled day.

The Bahia Mar Condominium Community offers a variety of amenities to enhance your relaxing getaway. Take a stroll around the beautiful 15-acre grounds adorned in exotic foliage to enhance your tropical escape. Play a thrilling game of tennis, two courts available, or take the kids to the grassy fenced in playground to unleash their pent-up energy. Afterwards take a dip in one of two spectacular refreshing swimming pools, one is beachfront. Attain a sun kissed glow while you relax on a comfortable wicker sofa on the beachfront sun deck or on a lounge chair around the sparkling swimming pools, while you listen to the ocean waves dancing back and forth along the shoreline. Missing the sand between your toes, enjoy private direct ocean access to the soft sandy beach and crystal-clear Gulf of Mexico. Seasonal beach rentals are available (chairs, umbrellas, watersports, etc.) In the evening grill a delicious main dish to enjoy with evening cocktails while sitting around the freestanding fire pits in the barbeque lounge area. If you decide to leave Bahia Mar Condominium Community for a bite to eat there are local favorites within walking distance: Causeway Café SPI, Clayton’s and Ted’s. A short walk up the Island experience close encounters with sea turtles at Sea Turtle Inc or observe a variety of bird species and alligators at South Padre Island’s World Birding Center. Check in upon arrival at Padre Island Rentals, 3100 Padre Blvd. at the corner of Padre Blvd. and Kingfish, 1 3/4 miles north of the bridge on the right side of the road one block north of the Blue Marlin Supermarket.

After checking in and receiving your parking permit make a right onto Padre Blvd. The Bahia Mar Resort, 6300 Padre Blvd (on the right hand side of Padre Blvd.), is less than 2 miles from our Office. Unit #180 is located on the south side of the Bahia Mar Resort. Turn into the south etrance and drive passed the hotel tower towards the beach. The condominium buildings are numbered. #180 is in building 1 on the third floor.

Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

2 bedroom maximum including children is 8

3 bedroom maximum including children is 10

Occupancy limits are controlled by the use of wristbands. When you check in at Padre Island Rentals you must put your wristband on at that time. Bahia Mar security guards will only allow persons wearing the bands to enter the property. If you have friends or family visiting you during your stay you will need to make arrangements to meet them somewhere else, they will not be allowed onto the Bahia Mar Grounds.

Each rental at the Bahia Mar will receive up to 2 parking permits. Any additional vehicles will need to park off property.
