Very nice condo with everything you need.

We have spent 2 winters in this condo (3 months in 2014 and 4 month's last year), it is located close to the beach and up North away from most of the spring breakers. There are beach bars and restaurants located within walking distance and a gas station party store 1 block away if you need anything. The pools and hot tub are very nice and well maintained, although the pools are not heated. The condo itself is clean, well maintained and has everything you would need for a weekend or winter stay. We have enjoyed it very much. The Island has a free bus service which is very convenient, we would walk the beach for miles to the South and ride the bus home.

Upon arrival please check in with Padre Island Rentals at 3100 Padre Blvd. on the corner of Padre Blvd. & Kingfish St. Our office is 1 3/4 miles north of the causeway and one block north of the Blue Marlin supermarket.

After picking up your keys, head north 1 1/2 miles to the intersection Padre Blvd. & Verna Jean St. Park in the assigned space marked 205. Please pick up your parking permit (1 permit per condo rented) at Rm 100 w/the office manager, then proceed to unit 205 is on the second floor.
