Property was clean and well maintained. 205 was beautifully updated. Only complaint can not grill on property and not enough shade at pool.

Wonderful property, very spacious and well stocked.

The views were wonderful. The condo is very roomy, clean and comfortable, in a great location for SPI. We enjoyed the sand volleyball courts next door at the restaurant/bar. We also enjoyed the live band from our balcony. Since we went off season, the restaurant/bar was not a problem. We actually enjoyed it. The linens were old and need to be replaced, but that was our only complaint.

SPI is a Texas beach, so don't expect Caribbean water and sand, and bring your own food. Great restaurants are scarce. The beach was clean, but not groomed. The seaweed was not removed during our stay.

Overall, if you are going to SPI, this is a wonderful place to stay.

Great Place!

My family loved our stay here. There were six of us and the condo was just the right size. The condo is a corner unit with a great balcony overlooking the ocean. The building is within a couple blocks of the Blue Marlin supermarket, the Grapevine cafe, and a golf cart/scooter/bike rental place. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary utensils and tools. The management company was friendly and helpful.

Another reviewer mentioned the bar next door (it's a bar/restaurant/motel, Boomerang Billy's). We were there during the off-season so it was not bothersome, except on Saturday afternoon when they had a band. Google them to see their live music schedule if you think this might be a problem.

This condo also seems to be a Pokémon Go nest ... my kids caught a ton of new Pokémon just from the living room!

Upon arrival please check in with Padre Island Rentals at 3100 Padre Blvd. on the corner of Padre Blvd. & Kingfish St. Our office is 1 3/4 miles north of the causeway and one block north of the Blue Marlin supermarket.

After checking in and receiving your parking permit (1 per condo), make a left on Padre Blvd. and head south to the intesection of Amberjack St. & Padre Blvd. turn left onto Amberjack St. and go to the end of the block where Amberjack St. ends at Gulf Blvd. The Embassy entrance is at 2600 Gulf Blvd., enter the gate code given at check-in, enter the parking area and park in any open or unmarked space. Take the elevators to the 2nd floor, turn right and #205 will be on the south end of the hall on your left hand side.
