About this property

Old Florida Charm but nicely updated is the best of both worlds. Original pine flooring is rich and warm. Tin ceiling in bathroom and wood ceilings in the living room and bedroom are just a few of the touches that add character. The kitchen has a built-in table for breakfast and a gas range. A full size stackable washer/dryer is conveniently located in the bathroom. The bedroom is large and has a long row of windows allowing light to naturally brighten the room. The bathroom has a shower and large pedestal sink. Outdoors, a patio is adjacent to the apartment. A parking space at the end of the driveway and next to the apartment is reserved for the unit. The location in a quiet residential area is conveniently just south of downtown and also close to I-95.

Summer in West Palm

The property is as advertised and a mother in law suite built above the garage, separated from the main home. David was responsive and flexible to my changing schedule. I stayed there for two months this summer and had no complaints. The space has all the amenities you need to be comfortable and enjoy yourself in south Florida. For a small family or individual looking to get away I would highly recommend the property just a few minutes from downtown west palm.

Essentials with good location.

Easy walk to inter-coastal waterway and its nice wide sidewalk. We enjoyed the Mockingbirds but many trains and planes were heard during visit. The owner was nice and so was the long term renter in the house. He and his family were great. This unit had all our necessities and weather was great.

Great Place.

Great place! Very clean and in a good neighborhood. Area is quite except for the train, which David cannot do anything about. David was very easy to work with and communication was prompt. Would stay there again and let my friends/family do so as well. Thank you again David :)

Very nice, clean and well-kept

Very cute place, exactly what I needed for a month stay on business in West Palm Beach. Very quiet neighborhood with easy access to both the I-95 and the downtown areas. The owner is very personable and quite responsive. The description was accurate and the property well-maintained. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in WPB for a limited time needing lodging.
