Ideal location close to idyllic swimming beach that you can drive and park on. Spanish Mediterranean architecture from the 1920's centrally located by beach entrances, restaurants, clubs, Ocean Center and entertainment.
King sized beds in two bedrooms, full bathroom with separate bathtub and walk-in shower; Large treetop deck with private outside entrance; Kitchen with stacked washer/dryer, 18 cu ft refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, etc. 2nd floor Living room has twin bed and queen sleeper sofa, new flooring, etc, numerous windows, etc.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to the Daytona Beach area. The accomodations were great. The beds were perfect, king size mattresses with upscale bedding. The shower was hot with more than enough pressure. 2 TV's made in comfortable for our party. No key cards to fumble with. And the outside deck was awesome.
The location is just off the main route A1A which runs along the Atlantic coast and convenient to the beaches, shopping, restaurants, Publix grocery store...
The owner was very friendly and attentive to our needs. It was truly a pleasant experience and I would recommend this property as Excellent Value.
