Stayed in this home in November. We arrived to a musky home. Not aired out for some time. The outdoor furniture and chairs were covered in tarps and stacked away. No understanding of how to work hot tub, unplugged and dirty. No air conditioning. called mgr. could not get anyone there in time because of thanksgiving week, Luckily it was fairly cool and we did not need it. Its should have been tested before we arrived. Heavy almonds bang constantly on tin roof, will scare the daylights out of you, all day and night. Both showers are not great. The house has no railings or safety borders on raised deck or porch, creating a big problem for our little blind dog. Thank god the location was great, could walk to everything pretty much. Our biggest problem was with the mgr. who called constantly to have other people look at property for future rentals. We said this was UNACCEPTABLE, but the calls didn't stop, forgetting to tell us about a guy coming for yard, coming to pick up lock off door, never showed, etc.... mgr & people showing up as we were packing. Really bummed us out, we left after 2 weeks, did not stay the month. RIDICULOUS! Note to owner: get a new property mgr., one who will take care of your property & guests, not bother and intrude on them. People spend a lot of money to stay in KW, we just want no worries. PEACE
I would like to start by saying that we have never received a negative review regarding our management team and that we pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service to our guests. We have formed relationships with our many repeat guests and strive each day to meet our guest's needs while offering great attitudes, friendly demeanor and fast response time. That said, we cannot ensure that all of our guests will have a completely smooth ride in terms of appliances, annoyances, etc. but I can promise that we do our best to offer a successful solution for each situation through our trusted vendors, and effective teamwork and communication.
I hate to hear a response such as this where the guest was not happy with the home, which tends to happen, from time to time, but our pictures and descriptions are all extremely to what our guests can expect when they arrive. This home is simple and does not claim to have luxury, updates or extra frills but is an adored property by most guests; as they love the neighborhood, wonderful location and its cozy cottage ambiance at an extremely reasonable rate.
Our property manager and guest discussed the AC unit and discovered that the unit did work but was not cooling as much as the guest preferred. The guest then communicated with our property manager that she was fine with the AC and that she did not want us to schedule an appointment with our AC vendor. Our manager then followed up with a text assuring the guest “if it gets too hot just let me know and I will send someone over”; so we feel comfortable saying that we did our best to offer a solution to the guest in this situation.
We contacted the guest one time about a viewing & they answered they'd prefer not to have someone view the property. The property Manager replied “I completely understand! Enjoy the rest of your stay, and this was the last it was discussed.
I hope that this one guest’s opinion does not cause hesitation in booking with us or enjoying our wonderful rental inventory. We spend a great deal of effort to ensure our guests and owners are happy with their experience and find it damaging when a guest exaggerates or completely falsifies their encounter. Most disappointing is that they left the impression that they departed early because of the complaints when the original inquiry stated they would most likely leave earlier in the month. We are not perfect but we certainly do not conduct our business as this guest inaccurately describes.

Early Season and Season Bookings Arrival: 1st Day of Month / Depart: Last Day of Month We reserve the right to deny requested dates if they decrease the optimum booking layout for the property's calendar. All guests must be at least 25 years of age to be considered. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Spring break groups are prohibited and eviction strictly enforced with no refund. A booking fee will be added to each reservation. 50% is due upon reservation with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting a party or event at the rental property without written permission from our company. ***We highly recommend waiting to book flights until you have fully secured a reservation; meaning you have received the email confirmation and have made your deposit payment.
