This unit features an additional small bedroom (second bedroom) with bunk beds - a full on the bottom and a twin on the top - perfect for kids!

Tile flooring throughout this very comfortable unit that has a nice open feeling. A great place to come back and relax after a fun day of sight seeing or swimming.

The sofa converts to a queen bed for an additional guest.

All amenities included; pots/pans,utensils,linens, bath and beach towels, and most of the necessities to help you feel at home.

Within a short walk you'll find the gorgeous Turtle Bay Resort, location for the filming of several popular films. Amazing facilities including five restaurants, horseback riding, 12 miles of walking trails, snorkeling, surfing, scuba, helicopter tours, and 5 miles of great beaches provide you endless opportunities for fun and relaxation. While the hotel is not part of Kuilima Estates at Turtle Bay you are free to eat at the restaurants. And though you may not use the hotel pool, there are two very nice pools on the condo grounds for your enjoyment.

Golfers appreciate the Palmer Championship Course and the Fazio Course.

World famous surf breaks at Sunset Beach, Rocky Point, Pipeline and Waimea Bay are arrayed along North Shore's scenic coastline. Perfect retreat for a restful and comfortable getaway!

I would stay here again, you have everything you need in the condo. There is even snorkeling gear and beach towels to borrow.

The place was dirty!

We shouldn't have to call the owner to have to clean the place. The floors was so dirty our feet was black. We end up cleaning ourselves. Never again will we come back.

Owner's Response: As hosts we take every comment as a guide for improvement. We have reviewed this comment with our cleaners and have taken appropriate action. Unfortunately we don't have any other information to go on, since the 2-star review was based on the floor alone. This condo has tile flooring throughout and our cleaner uses standard sweep and mop for every job. We have had "vog" the past few weeks (volcanic smog) which means that every Oahu resident who leaves their doors/windows open will deal with this. Guest called after they arrived at the condo to say they wanted to move to a different condo. These are individually owned properties, not like a hotel, so moving is not a feasible option. Not to mention, we did not have any other properties available. We sent our cleaner over to directly address any issues the guest had and they re-cleaned many areas of the condo just for good measure, but were unable to contact the guest directly. We did not hear from the guest again.

Christmas Visit with Family

Firstly, I will say that my visit with my family was amazing. We had an opportunity to attend an evening show and even got to do some sightseeing while we were on Oahu. Met with friends at the Lei Lei restaurant and even ate some good food.

However, we were very disappointed in the property. We were hoping for at least a little more upgrades, since we paid a lot to stay at this property. We could have gotten a better deal, with better bedrooms. The beds were hard to sleep on and thank goodness we didn't have anyone else staying with us, because the spare beds were just as bad. Please note that the extra bedroom is very small. The place needs a lot of maintenance and a few renovations. The bathroom had a terrible odor, so I ended up cleaning it before we used it. I would recommend changing out the sofa bed, it was old and very used.

The bottom line, I would not recommend this place to family and friends in the future.

Great spot and great price

I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend as a place to bring my whole family. I love the location of Turtle Bay as it's close enough to Sunset Beach and Laie for PCC and other sites. The unit had more than other condos we have rented, including laundry, shampoo, soap, etc. We brought our own because normally you don't have those items included. I thought that was really great. Laundry in the unit is a huge bonus. The only thing I would say was not expected was that the AC was in the main bedroom so it didn't reach the room with the bunk beds (where I slept). I go to Hawaii quite frequently (second time this year), and we lived there about 5 years ago, and this time the humidity was crazy and I didn't sleep all that well without the AC.
