Her apothecary 'Grateful Desert Herb Shoppe and EcoMarket' is a well loved centerpiece of downtown Joshua Tree. Jenny & Myshkin purchased this Cottage in 2005

Wonderful little spot
Our stay was brief but we enjoyed it immensely. The casita was clean and had all we needed and the location is close to the park. The drive in is on dirt roads but we were able to navigate them in our non 4wheel drive vehicle. I would definitely go back!
Sweet little place with nice views and a comfortable space
Very clean and conveniently located. Sweet little spot perfect for quiet and recharging. It was great for solo travel- lots of privacy but not too far away from the property owners :)
Great location to the park.
Really clean sweet one room with two comfy places to sleep. The only thing I wish was better were the lounge chairs outside - our main focus was star gazing - so fighting with the chair every time I sat down or got up it was a serious challenge. Other than that! 5 ⭐️ for sure
We had a great time at Jenny & Myshkin’s vacation home. We did not get to meet Jenny, but Myshkin was a great host. Everything was nice and clean.Unfortunately, we went during the heat wave of 4th of July and an emergency arose at home with one of our pets so we had to cut the vacation short one day!. But we will love to return in the future.!.
One tip: the A/C was running pretty slow, and my husband-being the maintenance man he has always being, removed the filter and cleaned it out and it made all the differences in the world. You may want to do that often, specially during high peaks of heat.!
Property was so much more attractive in person than the posted photos
Simple elegance, peace, quiet and privacy together with expansive vistas and country comfort.
Would highly recommend
Joshua Tree At it’s best
We enjoyed our stay here. The pictures do not do this little place justice. We got there late and the door was unlocked for us. Everything was clean and put together. We will come back again.
