Enjoy our SPECTACULAR tropical view from the lanai in T201 overlooking the WARM swimming pool and the most soothing, relaxing white sand shell beach in Florida! IMAGINE sipping your morning coffee and laughing at the adorable Egrets and Herons!!

CALM your worries with a stress free vacation. The 2 bedroom plus den (can be converted to a third bedroom), has 1600 sq ft and is newly decorated with tasteful furniture, comfortable beds and cozy Italian Leather sofas. Enjoy a short walk to the pool and beach, a one-floor walk up and nearby ELEVATOR. From the lanai, a spiral staircase leads you to a CABANA suitable for beach access, storing bikes and beach equipment, or enjoying a lunch break from your fun in the pool or an afternoon snack.

We are located in the exclusive Sundial East complex of privately-owned luxury condominiums, located directly along the Gulf of Mexico on Sanibel Island on a continuous white sandy beach that stretches for 12 miles. Our condo is FAMILY-FRIENDLY with a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 3 TVs including flat screen, 2 DVDs, a VCR player and stereo. For your pleasure you have books, VCRs and sand toys.

There is a King size bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin beds in the guest bedroom and 2 queen sleeper sofas in the den and living room. The 2 bathrooms and dressing area are newly renovated (the master bathroom has a walk-in shower with ceramic seat). Enjoy the spacious living room with tile floors, Italian leather furniture, and lean back in the comfy reclining chair.

The walls have reproductions of famous artists Van Gogh, Matisse, Rodin, Georgia O'Keefe, Jim Dine and Audubon. The dining area has wicker chairs and seats six, three bar stools and a counter that looks into the kitchen. Colorful flower arrangements are throughout the condo.

As a guest at Sundial East T201 you have free access to 4 gulf side heated swimming pools, BBQ grills, Cable TV, high speed WIFI and local telephone.

Sanibel island is easily reached from the Regional South West (RSW) airport in Fort Myers. A causeway bridge connects it to the mainland. Sanibel Island is world famous for its beaches, shelling and conservation. Two thirds of the island is conservation land, including Ding Darling, a national park with a wildlife refuge & Bird Sanctuary (bird watchers and photographers gather at 6am to observe and photograph the large variety of tropical birds.)

We have 12 miles of beaches, 26 miles of biking and hiking trails, no building is over 4 stories tall, and there are no traffic lights. Enjoy the many activities from golf and tennis, sea life excursions, sunset cruises, charter fishing and guided canoe trips on Tarpon Bay. Visit the shell museum, enjoy film, dance, concerts, theater and classes at Big Arts, and a great library for adults and children. The island has many excellent and reasonably priced restaurants. World class entertainment is a short distance away: The Naples Philharmonic and Museum in Fort Myers and the Barbara Mann Theater and a 20 screen movie center at Bell Towers.

RE/MAX of the Islands manages our unit at Sundial East T201, so check-ins are simple and help is always available for whatever your needs are. Your wish is their command. And of course, we are available as well to help you have the best vacation you can possibly have.

Check-in is at 3PM. Check-out is at 10AM. There is a one-time 5% booking fee, plus a $45 Damage Waiver fee to protect you in case of accidental damage. Sales tax is 11%.

We visited Sanibel and stayed at Sundial, we have been all over the world but when we saw sanibel we said Este! Este! Este! This is the place for us.

We LOVED the condo! We had such a greta time that we called and were able to stay an extra night. just what we needed.

Getting up in the morning and looking at the tropical splendor toward the pool and gulf,, walking for miles on the sandy beach picking shells and, watching herons nesting in the trees, miles of bicycle paths and no traffic lights, picking a favorite restaurant for dinner Jacaranda, Mazzaluna or the island Cow.

Fantastic stay

My family rented this unit from March 3 - March 10, 2012. It was the best vacation we have ever taken. Pictures don't do justice. The owner was great to work with and everything was just as he said. We will definitely be going back.

family and grandmas

Love,love, love this place. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The condo is very clean and close to the beach and pool. It is safe and convenient. We wouldn't change a thing and will definitely stay here again if we are fortunate enough to come to Sanibel Island again. We have three kids, mom, dad, and two grandmas and there was plenty of room.

Paradise in Sanibel Island

I had not taken a vacation in three years. I wanted somewhere that was quiet, sunny, relaxing, and was as far away from City life as possible.

I was thrilled to have found the best place in Sanibel Island!!! Swimming in the heated pool, walking on the beach and just shelling was exactly what I needed. My two daughters squealed with delight when they chased the birds from the beach.

After two weeks in Sundial, my wife begged me to take a third week off. Unfortunately, my boss called and needed me in the office.

My wife and kids were crying when we left!!!

Highly recommended for a stressed out family.
