This little home in Fairhaven on Wilbur Point is a Quiet OCEANFRONT year round cottage directly on the waters of Buzzards Bay. And this location is one of the few peninsulas most anywhere that you can travel to the tip without trespassing over private property to get there, much like the bow of a ship. This cottage is no ship, although it's built like one, but it's tiny and petite with great unlimited ocean views from outside, and great views of Buzzard's Bay from almost every window inside , that makes you think your on one. Outside the wrap-around deck provides amazing water views from almost every angle ..... and It's just like like being on a boat so if seeing water everywhere you look makes you sick you've picked the wrong place! Enjoy nearly uninterrupted sunrise and sunsets. When it gets chilly or hot the central heat warms you up or natures' breeze cool you down. . Full kitchen and nice small bath downstairs plus the living room is surrounded with widows for enjoying the ocean views. Upstairs will greet you again with more great views in the cozy bed and bunk rooms along with a small half-bath. Access to the upstairs sleeping area requires climbing steep and narrow stairs, which can be challenging as shown in the photo. Please keep this in mind if you have mobility, balance or stair climbing issues or concerns. If so, the downstairs living room has a sleeper sofa for 1 or 2 persons.
