Both apartments are newly renovated inside by one of Santa Fe's leading architects, but retain the charm of an historic building on the outside. Turn off a quiet neighborhood street into a long drive to off-street parking in front of the apartment, nestled among lovely mature trees. This unit is two story, with a bedroom and bath on the ground floor and living area, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom and bath on second level, looking out to the trees through several light-filled windows. Sliding doors lead from the ground level bedroom to a private patio.
Enjoy the charm of living in a real Santa Fe neighborhood but with the convenience of a few short blocks to the Plaza or Canyon Road art district.

Great place and great location
This apartment was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay in Santa Fe. We were able to walk anywhere around the Plaza with ease. The apartment has nice stuff-a nice stove, nice dishes, nice towels, the beds were comfortable, etc. and it was very clean. We had no problems so did not have any personal interactions with the owner, but he was easy to deal with by email. We would definitely stay here again.
My friend and I had a wonderful time in Santa Fe! The location of this VRBO is perfect. Quite, super clean and had all the amenities we could have wanted. I like the split floor plan so we each had some privacy also. I parked my car and never got in it the whole time. Uber was very available to get places not walkable.

Great location and very clean
This duplex was in the perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. It was spacious enough for our family of four and was stocked well with all we needed for our stay. I would recommend this home for anyone wanting to be close to the plaza. We walked to dinner every night during our stay. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. This home was also very clean!!
