There are three+ bedrooms, two ocean front, one mountain view, this large town-home is limited to 6 occupants and is in a safe, gated community. Tennis court and three pools- one ocean front pool + other 2 pools- Views of the ocean & islands from your lanai- living area, master bedroom- w/balcony and upstairs bedroom. The rear bedroom has great mountain view.
A private, casual, Hawaiian beach style home with Wi-Fi. Great surfing, snorkeling, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, sailing, boating, whale watching, art fairs and galleries. This home is our dream come true and we will share it with you, so you can relax with your loved ones watching the sunset and surfers. Palm trees swaying in the breezy perfect sky and the ocean are only 50 feet away, allowing great memories and photos from every room.
Expansive grassy areas give the complex a unique feel on this beautiful island with exquisite weather.
This is a great vacation destination, with a beach club and outdoor patios- famously private and exclusive. Kayaking, swimming, biking, beach-combing or hanging loose on the decks- Barbecue during the sunsets, with a cool drink on the lower lanai, with the surfers catching the wave right in front of you. Has a full kitchen for family or friends, so you don’t need to go anywhere, yet it is a short drive-walk to Lahaina. This is your vacation dream, we know because it took us twenty years to find it.

About Danone and Mark Simpson
When I met my husband many years ago, months later we were married and honeymooning in Hawaii. We fell in love with Maui because it is always perfect weather and we vowed one day to own a place of our own where our daughter and her children could surf and swim. We have looked for years every time we went for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries or Christmas. Now thirty years later we found the place of our dreams, truly. We love going with our family and just creating special memories. We own an insurance brokerage firm in Woodland Hills, CA and this year Mark and I celebrated our thirty year anniversary. The blessing was our dream-home came true for us. We fell in love with Puamana right away. We knew we could one day have our grandchildren visit us here and we wouldn’t worry about them, because it is a gated community. Our daughter Breana was married to Toby in 2010, and they are the loves of our life. We wanted a place where we could have family and friends stay with us and this place has five beds, with four rooms. The master bedroom allows you to awaken to the sound of the surf out the sliding door. The views are breathtaking and there is a private bedroom upstairs with the same ocean view. The two other bedrooms have great mountain views w/queen beds. One bedroom has twins. The home is casual so you feel at home. We love barbecuing while looking at the sunset which is right in front of you and you can watch the surfers out your door. We love to play games, so there is lots of room in the living room. We can set up games out in the front grass area. So if you are trying to decide where to have that next vacation pack lightly, because it is shorts and swimsuits only, flip-flops and fun at our island paradise. Mahalo!

We love Maui. It is perfect weather and you can get sun-kissed and swim daily. There is just enough to do and we are close to the best place on the island for food and shopping or you can walk to the boats and schedule a sunset cruise. The whales and rainbows tug at my heart and they will yours too! Sunsets and magical evenings await you!
What makes this Townhome unique
If you like to walk on the beach you can do that right in front of the house. You can sit on the deck and watch the surfers or join them if you wish. This beach is known to have great surfing, so it attracts a few great surfers to watch. The house is three stories, so there is plenty of room for the family. We love Cheeseburger in Paradise, Kimos, sunset sails and whale watching. You really don’t want to go anywhere else, because this place is near shopping and anything you may want to do.

Perfect Holiday Spot!
I had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous ocean-front property a few years ago, on what turned out to be a super special trip (my now husband proposed right next to the ocean, I won't ever forget it)! The property is spacious, super clean, beautifully decorated and sits steps away from the ocean - what more could you want?!?! Just waking up every day was such a special treat - you can lay out in the sun, swim in the ocean, or just take a nice walk along the property (it is part of a community that has a pool, tennis courts, a gym - so you have a ton of activities right where you are staying which is a bonus). The property is split into various levels with rooms on each floor, so the layout is wonderful (practical and private, which is great for different occasions). We definitely will go back as soon as we can - it is the perfect vacation getaway!
Whale watching is close by and fabulous, sunset cruises, beach walks, Luaus, great Art and Craft events nearby, church on the ocean, Cheeseburger in Paradise, just hang loose, just have fun lying on the beach, laying in the sun. Infinity pool, and two other pools, walk or bike ride to town. Tennis courts are available and a gym. Expansive green grass areas in the private complex. It is like nothing else on Maui. Private, serene with everything you need within walking distance; Shops, restaurants, boat activities and more.

Additional information about rental rates
Tax on all rentals is 13.4166%. A security/damage deposit of $1,000 is required. An electrical surcharge deposit will be required to cover excessive electrical usage over $10/day. Puamana Community fee of $10/day plus 4.166% tax up to a maximum of 16 nights charged. This includes open parking for one vehicle as owners have a car in the carport. Checkout cleaning fee is $275. No interim service is provided but can be arranged.
Two night deposit required along with rental application/agreement with full balance due 90 days prior to arrival.
