This penthouse condominium has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, plus a Florida room with a daybed with trundle. Bring your whole family and enjoy the luxury of this 2900 sq ft beautifully decorated home. You will have privileges at the owner’s pool and fitness center as well as the gorgeous grounds of Marco Island’s premier mixed use condominium property. And don’t forget the great beaches just a short way from your door.

The pictures illustrate the spaciousness plus the large flat screen tv in the living room. The dining rooms seats eight and the kitchen is fully equipped with 8 settings and the pots and pans needed for your at home meals. There is WiFi in all rooms for your internet access and there is cable TV with the most popular entertainment and news channels.

The master bedroom with king bed, LCD TV, and closet is complimented by a large master bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, two Kohler sinks, and marble counter tops and walls. The second master bedroom also has an en suite full bathroom and lcd tv. The third bedroom has two twins with a bathroom just outside its door. A laundry room with washer and dryer are for your use.

While the bedrooms are very nice with plush beds and linens, you will spend most of your time in common spaces of the living room, kitchen, Florida room, and the lanai overlooking Smokehouse Bay. Eight spacious chairs, a beautiful dining table, and all the room you need for great days and nights watching the goings on of the Esplanade marina and restaurants. Right next to the lanai, the Florida room has a bistro table, a plantation chair, and the day bed for all your family and guests to enjoy the outdoors in screened-in comfort.

Your kitchen provides you the tools, appliances and serving pieces for your favorite recipes. But should you want to go out to eat, CJ’s on the Bay, Mango's Dockside Bistro, Chophouse 239, Starbucks and Coldstone Creamery are just down the elevator. Don’t miss the afternoon and evening entertainment provided by these restaurants which draw people from all over Marco Island.

Retired CEO living in Falls Church, VA and on Marco Island, FL. My wife and I retired in 2013 and are spending time traveling and at our condo on Marco. We are boaters and enjoy the marina in front of our condo as well as the great beaches where we can walk, swim, shell, read and relax on some of the widest beaches I have ever been on other than in Australia.

We fell in love with the Esplanade at first sight. We were on Marco looking at a boat to purchase and take back to the Chesapeake Bay. We saw the Esplanade and stopped for a bite to eat and a drink. From there on it was clear that this was a place we wanted to live. To have a great marina, waterfront views, restaurants and store to walk to was a great appeal. Being close to Marco's wonderful beaches topped it all off. Finally, a friend closed the deal when he said the average winter temperature on Marco was 6 -10 degrees F warmer in the winter than Sarasota and Tampa. We have not been disappointed.

Perfect vacation for this family of 5...will definitely be back

I can't say enough nice things about the condo and the owner. Other than a little rain at the beginning of the vacation it was perfect. Condo was great. Clean. Well-decorated. Comfy. Nice, but very kid-friendly. View overlooking Smokehouse Bay and marina just awesome. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need in terms of utensils, cookware, etc. Plenty of TVs and cable/wifi throughout. Pool is great with plenty of shaded areas. Staying at the Esplanade (development that houses the condo) was ideal; we've been vacationing on Marco Island for decades but have never stayed at the Esplanade. Esplanade has a Cold Stone Creamery (which the kids loved) and a few restaurants/bars that run the gamut from white tablecloth to great breakfast spot. Also, the Esplanade is literally across the street from Winn-Dixie, so little need to even take the car out. But, if/when you venture out it is nice to be able to access your car in a covered lot, which is a big deal in the occasional Florida rain and scorching sun. The owner was great to deal with and left very explicit instructions so "checking in" and "checking out" and out" was super easy. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this unit...you'll be glad you did.

Extremely Spacious, Well Maintained, Great Location & Spectacular View - I will return!

I stayed at this beautiful condo for 10 days in July 2017 with my family - a total of 8 (6 adults and 2 children) and space was never an issue. The common area (living room and dining area) is EXTREMELY SPACIOUS! Before I even got there, the owner sent all of the instructions for getting in the condo; parking; restaurant recommendations etc. - very detailed and left no room for error. The owner is very responsive as well when emailed.

The condo was fully equipped with everything one needed! The assigned parking space was also conveniently located and only 1 floor up and you were right outside the condo.

There is nothing negative about the condo, the owner, and the location - no complaints at all! This is my first time using VRBO and it was a pleasant experience.

I will definitely return!!

Dream Place on Steroids!

First of all, Marco Island takes you back to your dreams of that P-e-r-f-e-c-t vacation! This was our fifth trip back, and this condo sealed the deal for all our future visits!!!! The privacy and security of the Esplanade allows you that feeling of safety, which is quite important. Now, the condo itself is spectacular and I mean spectacular!!! The kitchen has absolutely everything you need and than more! So spacious and clean too. My favorite was the porch with those spa like curtains, omg! And, than, the master bathroom jacuzzi bath tub.....I had a glass of wine and a great soak (every day) after fluttering around the island.. The outside porch has the most relaxing and calming view EVER! The owners were more than gracious and so friendly! They had a great print out of where to go, how to run the TV's, and a review of the local restaurants...What more could you ask for us?

Fantastic Marco Island Condo

This was a return visit to this spacious and lovely condo for our family. We experienced a relaxing week during the Thanksgiving holiday. My husband recently had shoulder surgery, and this was the perfect place for him to recover. We enjoyed walks to the beach, drinks at CJ's, many delicious meals at various local restaurants, as well as evenings on the deck listening to the live music at Mango's and CJ's. The view from the deck is truly beautiful, providing constantly changing glimpses of boats entering and leaving the bay, as well as an entertaining array of sea birds. On Thanksgiving, we hosted dinner for our family and friends from Naples and Marco Island. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking implements that we needed to create a very enyoble meal. We can't imagine anyplace more convenient or centrally located. Everything you might need or want is within walking distance. Our family members are eagerly checking their schedules for a time when we might all plan to return. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is searching for the perfect place to get away and relax.

The Esplanade on Marco Island is approximately 30 miles from all the shops, beaches, restaurants, and cultural activities of Naples. It is also approximately 30 miles from the Everglades and the 10,000 Islands with county, state and federal reserves giving you access to these unique environments. Finally, the island itself is on the Gulf of Mexico and is small enough to be manageable by car or bike with beaches, restaurants, and canals. From Marco you are less than 2 hours from the Atlantic Ocean including Miami, Ft Lauderdale, and other popular destinations including the beginning of the highway onto the Florida Keys.

Marco Island attracts a broad following of vacationers mostly with families or older members. You will see many people from the Eastern 1/2 of the US and a very substantial number of Europeans all coming for a great tropical vacation. While the Esplanade has restaurants and entertainment, it is not a 'party center' or spring college spring break location.
