Hi! I'm Kimberly and I am the founder of VRBKIM and a single mom to three boys (ages 12, 10, and 7). I live locally at the beach in Del Mar CA and have been a Vacation Rental Specialist for the last 10 years. I love helping people find the best "home away from home". Weather it be for a planned family vacation, or the need to escape a flood at your own home, me and my team are here to help you find the right space for your needs. You'll be charged separately by Vrbo for the service fee and by Vacation Rentals By Kimberly for the booking amount.
Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund (minus a $500 partner fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
