This is my Hong Kong listing apt.

What you see in this condo is what you are getting:

A HARBOUR view, fully equipped half studio private condo. Unlike most hotels, which give you a said perfect room and eventually turns out to be a room without a view, or only 4 walls. This is my Seaview Studio Apt in Saiwanho MTR.

THE CONDO.

This is a ENTIRE HOME/APT, not just only a room!

This apartment is located at the residential / urban district, Sai Wan Ho. Featured with stylish furnished and located in the east side of Hong Kong Island. Most importantly, you can see a nice Victoria Harbor view overlooking the Kowloon East. A 26 square meters (280 square feet) condo comes with a real double bed, a three seated DAY BED, a hot shower bathroom, an open kitchen with gas stoves with all facilities, desk, bedding linen and towels provided, etc.

A no-frills budget stay in a clean, comfy, tidy and safe environment. My helper will come twice times a week (if requested) in the afternoon to do simple clean up.

Two person occupancy with an extra kid maximum.

(ONE DOUBLE BED and ONE DAY BED)

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon, can be flexible if pre-arranged

TRANSPORTATION.

Right next to Sai Wan Ho MTR station, meaning super convenient to get to anywhere in the city. Our many public transport links include frequent MTR trains, buses, trams and minibuses. Cross harbor bus goes to Kowloon side to Tsim Sha Tsui, Nathan Road and Mongkok.

For example:

Airport express bus A12 takes 40mins to transfer you to and from the airport.

15 mins MTR ride to Causeway Bay.

20 mins MTR ride to Central.

25 mins MTR ride to Kowloon Tsim Sha Tsui and Mongkok.

1 min to Tram station, accessing from Kennedy Town to Shau Kei Wan.

1 min to bus stop to most area in Hong Kong and Cross Harbor bus to Kowloon

CULTURE and RECREATION

For more cultural side in the neighborhood, there is Sai Wan Ho Harbor Park; Hong Kong Film Archive and Sai Wan Ho Cultural Centre are very near by.

In Summer, you can even easily get to SHEK O beach, Shek O Beach is a sandy public beach at Shek O. It is a popular weekend and holiday destination, offering a public barbecue area and many restaurants. The rocky cliffs provide an excellent place for sports climbing. Around one mile north of Shek O beach, after passing the Shek O Country Club, is Big Wave Bay. As its name suggests, big waves roll on to the beach, propelled by the wind, making it a popular destination for surfers. Wind surfers can be found in the sea off Big Wave Bay and Shek O beaches. Take a taxi, mini-bus or a direct bus from Shau Kei Wan bus station will go there.

TEN DO's in HONG KONG.

1. Catch the Star Ferry from Central to Tsim Sha Tsui at night.

The harbor, the breeze, the lights, it is probably one of the most romantic experience you can find anywhere.

2. Go to the PEAK or ICC100 to see HK from the high point.

3. Visit Temple Street for night market.

4. Sai Kung seafood dinner. Try the set meal first, a la carte might hit you with BIG bills.

5. Cable car to Big Buddha in Lantau, after go to Tung Chung for outlet shopping.

6. Morning tram ride from East Hong Kong to Sheung Wan, afterward go to morning DIM SUM breakfast in that area.

7. Catch 2.30pm onwards special "Pineapple bum + butter" afternoon tea set in Hong Kong style coffee shop.

8. Visit Macau to try your luck. Day trip is okay, jetfoil runs 24 hours.

9. Go Lan Kwai Fong in central for a clubbing night.

10. Shopping at Pacific Place for brand-name goods.

1. YOU MUST CONTACT ME FIRST BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO BOOK ANY NIGHTS

2. Payment

- Pay via (website hidden) for the reservation.

3. Personal Identification

When checking in, I need to take photo (with your presence) of your passport with (A) Personal identification information & photo; (B) HK entry stamp (by the HK immigration authority).

House Rules: A. This condo is STRICTLY a NON SMOKING FLAT!

B. HOW TO GET THERE?

Once you have confirm your booking with me, I will send you via email a CHINESE write up for the taxi driver and let him take you to the right location.

If a pick up service had been requested, I will have someone waiting for you at the airport. For more information about pick up services, please message me and will give you a quotation.

Because of building rules I'll ask that you please wait for me and to not enter the building without me it creates unnessicary confusion with the doormen and may get you evicted from the premises meaning they won't let you stay. It is very simple to get around this by simply waiting for me to come meet you.

C. HOUSE RULES.

My house rules are very simple. Please treat the condo as you would your own and everything will be fine. Please let me know quickly if anything is broken so that I can fix it for you.

In the case that any of the below conditions are breached, I will require that you leave the apartment. Your damage deposit and any remaining monies will not be refunded.

- At all times, guests must conduct themselves respectfully in the communal spaces of the buildings such as, but not limited to the stairways, terraces and elevators.

- The apartment is in a RESIDENTIAL building and so the utmost respect should be given to your neighbours at all times.

- You must adhere to the quiet hours after late night.

- Cleaning maid will come for clean up ONE time per week for guest stay over ONE WEEK.

- You will be given 2 fresh towels ( one big and one small ) for each guest each week.

Remember to switch off power of AIR CONDITIONER and LIGHT before going out. Let's keep our earth healthy!

D. CHECK IN

Check-in time is after 3:00pm.

Early check-in will depend on the booking on that day availability. For check-in earlier than 9:00pm there is a charge of HKD200 and only if availability permits.

Late check-in after 23:00 can be arranged, and MUST alert me up-front.

E. CHECK OUT

Check-out time is before 12noon.

Late check-out: If you need the apartment after 11am and the apartment is not booked on your check-out date, we can offer you a "day booking" at 50% of the normal cost. This will give you access until midnight on the same day. If the apartment is booked, or if you don't want to pay extra, you must return the keys by 12:00noon.

Our cleaning crew will arrive at 12 noon to service the flat for the next guest, thanks for your cooperation.

Early check-outs: If you want to leave very early in the morning after your final night in the apartment we will arrange a remote check-out. We will advise on how to leave the apartment, where to put the keys etc, and your damage deposit will be transfered to you within a week.

UPON ARRIVAL.

After confirming your booking, we will communicate through designated email address. I will ask you about your arrival flight details. This information is of great importance as it allows me to coordinate your reception with me. At this time we will provide the contact details at that time to greet you.

Additionally it is your responsibility to inform us of your arrival in Hong Kong, call me via cell (THERE IS FREE PHONE BOOTH) at the arrival hall of the Hong Kong Airport, we then will arrange a time to meet at the entrance of the building.

F. YOUR DEPARTURE.

Your departure will be discussed during your check-in and a plan agreed for the meeting to check out.

Please note that you can make IN TOWN CHECK IN at the Hong Kong Station and save you both time and stress, allowing you to check-in well ahead of your flight, sometimes up to a full day, and dump your luggage, which is a 15mins taxi from the condo. That way you would be free to explore the city on your last day, not having to worry about your luggage or rushing to the airport since you have already checked in, you will not have to be at the airport as early as everyone else.
