The Argyle was designed to provide an excellent alternative to hotel living in downtown Austin, Texas. With a prime location just steps from amazing restaurants, bars, and nightlife, this condo provides our guests with an Austin experience that will not disappoint.

With a luxurious master bedroom downstairs, a lofted bedroom upstairs, plenty of space to relax and entertain, a balcony that looks over 4th and at Frost Tower, a full Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and all of the amenities you need to enjoy your stay, this suite at the Railyard is ideal for one couple, two couples, or a small family.

The Argyle is located just above the pool area of the complex, on the top floor of the building. The convention center is across the street, and there are numerous Mexican restaurants, steakhouses, and other dining establishments within a block. There is even a Starbucks across the street. The world famous 6th street is 2 blocks distance, and the rest of downtown is easily accessed by foot, pedicab, or traditional taxi.

I have always wanted to own/operate a hotel. That has been a passion of mine since I was a child. For that reason, I enjoy having guests staying in my rental properties, and I want to provide so much more than just a place to stay. My goal is to create a memorable experience for my guests.

I want my guests to know that not only does Austin deliver a good time, but that this home away from home is waiting for you. With my connections in the travel industry, and tenure in the city, I strive to provide a level of service you will not find with other rental managers.

There are tons of fantastic bars and restaurants at your doorstep when you are staying downtown, but there is also easy access to the Town Lake Hike and Bike Trail, as well as all of the sops along South Congress. Be sure to watch the bats fly at dusk from the Congress Bridge on your way back. Walk to the Capital, and get your groceries at the Whole Foods corporate flagship location. There are tons of excellent live music venues, including the Moody Theater, which has been rated one of the best in the country.

Perfect location

The location was perfect for our small Bachelorette party and first visit to Austin! Walking distance to everything fantastic- bars, food, shopping and the sites! Great communication from the owner and easy check-in/ out process! I will definitely be back again!

Great location

Couldn't have asked for a better location. A bit loud during going out hours but we were partying and didn't mind. The condo was very clean. Bath supplies were included. Loved the email regarding activities to do.Definitely perfect for a girls weekend. Thomas was great! Would definitely come back. The condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so do keep that in mind.

Perfect Location & Beautiful Furnishing

Our 3 night stay was perfect. Description is accurate!

Owner provided great customer service, answered all my questions promptly.

Location is great, walk anywhere downtown in minutes.

Furnishings are beautiful & in great condition.

Balcony was nice & parking was free & easy!

Certainly recommend this space for anyone wanting a relaxing weekend in Austin in a nice & cozy apt!
