About Françoise or Nick
I grew up in France where my first profession (ballerina) took me to different part of my country and Europe. Later I came to California where my children were born. During the 90's Nick and I lived both in Paris and Miami while he pursued his fashion photography career. When I first came to Miami I chose Coconut Grove as then it was the center of cultural activities and home of many artists.
Françoise or Nick purchased this House in 1984
Why Françoise or Nick chose Northeast Coconut Grove
This has been our home in this unique neighborhood for a long time. The children are gone and we would like to share it with guests on occasion allowing us to travel too.
What makes this House unique
Lots of character, authenticity yet close to everything in Miami.

Lovely home and property
The house is lovely. The property is beautiful and very private. There are many places inside and out to gather. Francoise and Nick are wonderful hosts! Amenities were perfect. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful house in the grove and fantastic hosts!
Perfect house in the Grove. We had a wonderful stay. Francoise and Nick were great hosts. They made us feel welcomed and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is centrally located close to restaurants, shops, parks and of course the sailing center. Beautifully decorated, lots of space we had everything we needed. Francoise and Nick provided bikes, which the kids loved. Nick was super with lending his tools out.
Once again, thank you Nick and Francoise for making our stay wonderful. I really enjoyed our coffee and chat.
Wonderful house and great location!
Great house and friendly owners!
Expectations surpassed! Excellent place to stay!
I stayed here for my wedding weekend with bridal party. The home was beautiful and very clean. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating--great service all around. The area worked out perfect--walking distance to shops and eateries, quiet and peaceful. Our photographers and videographers had a field day with all of the unique touches and decor in the home while we got ready in the home the day of the wedding. Beds were super comfy and there was nothing we were left wanting for--plenty of linens, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Thank you Francoise and Nick for sharing your home and being so all around gracious!
Simply fantastic house, neighbourhood and hosts
We could not be happier with our stay at Francoise and Nick's wonderful house in Coconut Grove. The house was just so nice, beautifully decorated with a lot of atmosphere and great spaces and very well equipped. The beds were so comfortable. Fantastically located minutes away by bike (provided by our hosts) from the heart of the Grove, with friendly neighbors and peacocks roaming the streets. Our hosts did everything possible to make us feel welcome even offering to buy in some groceries when they saw that we were going to arrive late. A real jewel.
Thank you Karen but it goes both ways. You, Nic and your beautiful children’s warmth are contagious. You felt more like family than anything else. It was our pleasure to have you in our home.
Wish we could of been at the property longer and enjoyed the home. Too busy with work
This was perfect for 4 working girls as we could walk into Coconut Grove where we had our conference and walk around the area and have meals as we love the Coconut Grove area. The house was perfect for our needs. Loved the jungle feel outside and in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were so friendly and helped us with direction and any needs including offering to get us breakfast and have some food in the morning since we arrived so late. They went above and beyond. Thank you Francoise and company!!!
Thank you Pamela. It was our pleasure, glad we could make your stay enjoyable.
