This property is truly a wonderful and tranquil mountain escape with a terrific location. It is very private but only a twenty minute bike ride or eight minute car ride to the Town of Breckenridge.
This is a soothing and very special home - most guests enjoy longer--term stays and opt to come back to the property each year.
Great location on the golf course and Nordic trail. Responsive owner. Nice neighbor's. All bedrooms have a bath, plus there is a powder room.
We rented this furnished home as long term guests and have had an amazing time. The property backs up to the 3rd hole of Breckenridge's golf course. Access to any indoor and outdoor activity couldn't be easier: numerous hiking/biking trails, bike path (stop light at crosswalk), Rec. Center (on free bus route) and of course golf. During the winter the golf course is a Nordic Center and Breckenridge Resort is an easy drive or quick bus ride. We also skiied many times at Copper, Keystone and A-Basin (all approximately 30 min from property). Bikes, Nordic skiis, and Fly Fishing poles are all with the house. Frisco and Breceknridge are equally accessible for dining and shopping. The house is beautifully furnished, kitchen fully stocked and we loved the heated 2 car garage all winter. Linens are plentiful and there is a full size washer and dryer. The back porch is west facing and even during cold winter days, the family room remained bright and heated by the sun. The owner was easily accessible via phone or e-mail and was invested in making our stay easy and enjoyable. Would definitely highly recommend this property.
Loved the home. Very well stocked with kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, and any other supplies you need. Very well appointed home.
The beds were comfortable. The weather in Breckenridge is always cool. Wish I was there now.
The home is on the golf course. Enjoyed seeing golfers through out the day.
All bedrooms have televisions. Bicycles provided and fishing equipment
The home is just north of town Maybe 3 miles So we did not get caught in the traffic of tourists.
We had a great time in Breckenridge! The home is very well appointed and clean. Ken was also very responsive to any questions we had. Our large family enjoyed the space for playing and relaxing. Great location to Breckenridge as well as Frisco, Dillon and beyond.
This home is right on the golf course, close to town, and skiing. It's beautifully furnished with no detail left behind. Ken, the owner and management, is very responsive at all times. I'd definitely recommend this house to anybody looking in Summit County.
This property is the perfect vacation getaway! With its close proximity to Main Street shopping and restaurants, the slopes, walking and biking trails, golfing, nordic skiing and so much more, it has something for everyone. The patio overlooking the golf course is the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning or an afternoon BBQ. You can also enjoy stunning views off of the Master Bedroom deck. The house is meticulous and filled with everything imaginable, so you can relax and do nothing or whip up something in the gourmet kitchen! The owner is extremely responsive and helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back again!

Golf: The course opened for play in 1985. During the summer 2001 golf season, another nine holes, also designed by Nicklaus and every bit as challenging as the original 18-holes, were opened. The new Elk nine as it is named, offers more elevation change than the Bear and Beaver nines.
Since the course was opened, national and regional honors have been bestowed on Breckenridge. Honors awarded by the Colorado Golfer (the State Golf Newspaper) have included; Best Mountain Course, and Toughest Mountain Course. Golf Digest 'Places to Play' rates Breckenridge as a 4 1/2 Star Facility, and as one of their top 'Upscale Places To Play' in the nation. In May 2010, Golfweek rated Breckenridge one of the 'Top 50 Municipal Courses' in the nation.
The course is situated in a beautiful mountain valley. The clubhouse sits at an elevation of 9,324 feet. At this elevation the golf ball flies farther and straighter than at lower elevations, as there is less air resistance. The air not only allows you to hit the ball farther, but also offers temperatures that make you forget about the heat of the summer. Typical daytime summer temperatures range from 65 degrees to 80 degrees. Quite rarely will the temperature exceed 80. The course has four sets of tees so that each golfer may select the challenge equal to their game. From the Nicklaus Tees on the Beaver/Bear rotation, the course plays 7,261 yards and has a course rating of 73.9 with a slope rating of 147. Each set of tees plays to a par 72.
