Beautifully appointed island farmhouse nestled on 42 acres along the prestine Grand River. Open floor plan on main level affords water views from every room. Enough room for the whole gang yet quaint enough for those romantic get aways.
Three bedrooms and full bath upstairs with large garden tub. Laundry and half bath on main floor. Sunroon with fulton and sofa bed in living room for additional sleep options.
Relax on the patio or comfortable sun room. Cook an island seafood feast in the well equiped kitchen or stainless gas grill.
Centrally located on the island and close to many large attractions. Including Cavendish, Jublilee Threatre, Golf, water parks and many of the island's best beaches.

We fell in love with this charming island on our very first visit . We treasure each moment we spend here.
My favorite thing to do is absolutely nothing! Except to sit on the patio and enjoy the wonderful view, listen to the birds and feel the island breeze.
Modernized all season house/cottage with a well stocked kitchen for easy meal prep. Bedrooms are a nice size with firm beds. The full bath is very spacious. Two separate sitting areas on the main floor for comfortable relaxation or reading. The large windows overlook beautiful fields and a bay. Nice walking path to the water front where you can sit and relax on some well placed chairs. Close to the coop grocery store in Wellington, Green Park with the Yeo estate and ship building museum. As well as an alpaca farm that is open for tours is located just down the road.
The location is very quite. Sleeping with the windows open to enjoy the fresh island air will not be disturbed by outside noise.
We had a great time and would highly recommend this home to family and friends visiting the island.
Excellent accommodations . . . Excellent location . . . A bit "out in the country" . . . So expect peace and quiet to surround you . . . But close enough to amenities to placate any concerns of being isolated . . . Great starting point for exploring PEI's western sites . . .
If you are looking for an amazing place to chill then this is the place for you. 40 acres of peace. Rent it today.
The description of the house was accurate. It was very clean with a well stocked kitchen including many kitchen staples. We had a large family group (10 in total) and we were all very comfortable! It is a little out of the way, so if you are looking for quiet, this is the place!
My family of 4 just returned from a week stay at this beautiful home. The listing description and photos were accurate, yet in person the home exceeded our expectations! Potato fields and water views from nearly every window. Such a peaceful, beautiful setting. Enjoyed morning walks, runs or bike rides on the neighboring streets. Great time canoeing the Grand River from the backyard! Very comfortable, IMMACULATE, fantastic 2 person tub, central A/C, laundry room and fully equipped kitchen made for such a perfect stay. Home included movies, books, games and puzzles to enjoy in the evenings after touring the island. Location was convenient allowing us to explore different areas of the island such as North Cape, Cape Egmont (loved the glass houses), Cavendish, Charlottetown for a musical, Lennox Island, Belmont Park and Summerside. We ran out of time to explore the eastern side. Close enough to the bridge to allow for a day in Nova Scotia. A car is definitely needed on this island. Much large than we expected. Coastal drives are a must and PEI National Park! Just bring some bug spray for the evenings if planning on sitting outdoors. Home is also very pet friendly with vast yard to explore. Found photo album detailing the home restoration project. The painstaking labor to restore all the woodwork created quite an exquisite outcome for guests to enjoy. Owner was very helpful in answering all our questions. Only confusing item was the trash recycling. We've recycled for years but yet didn't know trash could be divided into so many parts!. PEI is ahead of the game as far as sustainability goes with their recycling and numerous turbines lining the landscape. Gorgeous island and home ..... we highly recommend this home to families or those wanting a romantic or quiet escape!
