Overview

About the property

11 Bedrooms, 10 Baths, Sleeps 14

Atlantis is rising! This Palatial 9,000 sqft home is new as of May 2014! Equipped with state-of-the-art electronics, a theater room, game room, heated pool & spa, elevator, 2 kitchenettes, 1 huge kitchen, dining area, master suites and more.

Only the finest is good enough for Atlantis, which sleeps 14 very comfortably in 11 bedrooms (10 of which are master suites with king-sized beds). Of the remaining bedrooms, one is a children’s paradise with 2 double beds. The bedrooms are spread over all 3 stories, so everyone in your group can find the perfect spot for their dream vacation! Each bedroom has an HDTV with Blu-ray, and most have desks for working and reading. The 10 bathrooms are 5-star quality, with many offering walk-in showers and several with tubs!

Everything about Atlantis is geared toward making your big group comfortable and your Palm Coast vacation easy to manage. There are 2 complete laundry rooms – one on the first floor with a sink for sandy swimsuits, the other on the third floor – and 2 kitchenettes as well as a full-size kitchen, so you don’t have to travel far to grab a snack or a drink. An elevator carries you within the house (it’s great for getting luggage and groceries up and down, too, not to mention its irresistible kid-appeal!) A summer kitchen on the ground floor makes al fresco dining a pleasure. And the fenced-in yard means you can turn the little ones loose on Big Wheels and skates while you enjoy a few moments’ downtime in the heated pool or spa!

Balconies on the second and third floors overlook the resort and the lake, and even give you a peek at the ocean. These are terrific places to enjoying cocktail hour, count the stars, and even – if you can bear to wake up early enough! – Watch the sun rise. Of course, many of the bedrooms also have east-facing views, while others treat you to spectacular sunsets to the west. There’s just no “bad” place to be at Atlantis!

But there are some places that are extra-special. One is the game room on the ground floor, a sportsman’s paradise of everything from bumper pool to cards and board games. Then there’s the home theatre, with an 80” screen, Surround Sound, a Wii, and theatre-style executive seating. Outdoors, the heated 22’ x 12’ swimming pool awaits, and beside it the bubbly spa that seats 6. This isn't a beach house -- it's an entire self-contained resort!

For the foodies in your group, the big kitchen at Atlantis is techno-savvy, with everything from a wine cooler and 6-burner range to 2 each of all the major appliances: refrigerators, sinks, dishwashers, ovens, and microwaves! The space is designed for multiple chefs, and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils for your use. It’s no exaggeration to say that you could prepare and serve Thanksgiving for your family here without having to bring anything but the food! The dining room seats a large family, with casual dining space at the breakfast bar and 2nd-floor balcony table that sits 6.

Atlantis is nestled in the Cinnamon Beach community, part of the Ocean Hammock Resort. As guests at Atlantis, you enjoy access to the exclusive facilities at Cinnamon Beach, including a clubhouse with game rooms, a fitness center, and café. There are several outdoor heated pools (including one oceanview!), a spa, and even a children’s water playground.

Best of all, you are just yards away from exclusive, private Cinnamon Beach, a family friendly strip of coastline featuring unique orange-hued sand and gentle waves. Great for shelling, sandcastle-building, boogie-boarding, and even fishing, this is an uncrowded and utterly beautiful stretch of coast you will fall in love with.

Reserve Atlantis now for your next big group vacation. This special house will rent well in advance. Everything is brand-new and absolute top quality. The location is ideal. At last your whole group can stay together in comfort and luxury at the beach!

Not the same as last year.

  • 3 of 5

This was our second stay in Atlantis. The house has suffered quite a bit of abuse since same time last year! The upstairs washer wouldn't work, and the upstairs dryer was missing altogether! There were only 3 little wine glasses, whereas last year there was a full selection. The bottoms of several sections of the utensil holders in both dish washers were busted out, meaning that any forks or spoons put in went straight through. One sink in the kitchen was unusable because the faucet handle had fallen off. Several light bulbs were burned out. Some of the small appliances in the kitchen didn't work, and there seemed to be far fewer cooking pots and pans than last year. We were constantly running out of forks and spoons. The house is lovely, spacious, and well laid-out, but it seems that management is lax in terms of keeping it in good condition. Also, getting in through the security gate was a pain, with many cars in line each time.

Compared to last year, we were disappointed, and I think we'll look elsewhere for next year.

LOVED the house, but had many issues with the rental agency....

  • 3 of 5

My extended family of 14 arrived on Christmas Eve. We requested an earlier arrival than the 4:00 specified but were denied. We arrived at 4:00 only to find that the cleaners had only just started to clean the house...we were not even able to get in until close to 7:00pm...on Christmas Eve! And then several of the beds were not completely made...missing sheets, comforters etc. For a house that sleeps 22 people...only 1 coffee pot was working (although there were 4) and it only has the ice maker in the main freezer..not adequate for this many people. Although it also had a blender, chopper/quisinart and hand held mixer, none of these worked either. That may sound trivial to some, but when you are paying the exhorbident holiday rates and are preparing a lot of food, it wasn't so trivial:) That said the kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses and coffee mugs:)

We also had an issue with the dryer not working and a slider downstairs that would not close...it was wide open. I called maintenance about both at the same time and they said they would sent someone out. Luckily my nephew was able to fix the door, because no one showed for over 24 hours. Really? A wide open door? And at the end of the week the main front doors kept blowing open...even when locked. I also had issues with the rental agency almost every step of the way from securing the home to arriving...I don't believe they are versed in customer service. These all seem like easy things to fix, right? Althougth the home itself is great, I would have a hard time recommending it to someone without full disclosure.

Very good experience. The house was beautiful and accommodated the 20 of us very well. There was suppose to be an xbox in the theater which the young people were very disappointed when we found that there was not one and they would not replace it.

My brother and I decided to get out of winter for a month and rented a unit in Palm Coast from Vacation Rental Pros. The site was beautiful, the rental even nicer than it looked and the employees were all the finest I have ever encountered. The entire stay was wonderful!

New Years Week at Atlantis

  • 5 of 5

This is a great house for a large group. We celebrated my mom's 90th birthday--23 of us from ages 5 weeks up to the birthday girl! The central kitchen/living/dining area was large enough to accommodate us all comfortably. The large number of other rooms--separate bedrooms, media room, game room, meant that there also were other places for kids and others to spread out or get a little space. The fact that there were not any recycling cans was a bit distressing--people on vacation go through lots of cans and bottles! But, overall, a great spot.
