Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

No sitting, standing, lying, walking on the dipping pool ledge. No diving in pool. Renter is responsible for safety of all in the unit while renting.
No excessive noise in the unit or outside terrace at all times. No music on the terrace after 22h30. No smoking in the unit or outside terrace.
