About The Owner

I Love being outdoors with my family, especially on the slopes. We are delighted to own a condo in Park City, where we've been visiting for over ten years.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2011

Why The Owner chose Utah

We have been skiing at Park City for over 10 years and loved the place so much. The skiing is top notch and the convenient location made it ideal for our family. We are very excited to now own a ski condo so close to our favorite resorts.

What makes this condo unique

Easy access to the slopes, ground floor, cozy and close to restaurants. Park City's free public transport system makes it very easy to travel around, and with Park City you don't have the same kind of altitude to deal with as in Colorado.

Guestbook comments from the owner

I am looking over your [welcome packet] as we speak and you guys are amazing! It's very nice for you to have taken the time to put all of this together for your guests. I have rented for years via VRBO/Homeaway and I have never rented from anyone as helpful and accomodating and you guys!!

Thank you for sharing your condo with us. It was PERFECT!! We truly enjoyed our stay although the weather could have been a little more cooperative. I have tried to ski out west twice now and the weather has failed me. They say third times a charm. I guess that means we have to give it another shot next year.

If our travels bring us back to Park City we will definitely reach out to you!

You have been so accommodating and I appreciate all of our help and advice.

The condo was everything we could've asked for: quaint, comfortable, convenient. The location was perfect--literally minute drives to each place we went. We arrived late on Thursday night but there was still a person in the front office who was kind enough to help us out and even let us use the hot tub. No complaints here

Exactly as advertised

Stayed at this unit with my son this past week. Property was the perfect setup for a father-son outing. The bathroom and closet were good-sized, and the main living area provided lots of great value-add features such as a ski rack and bench, small table and chairs, kitchenette with 2 rangetop burners, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and dishes/utensils, and finally a large flatscreen TV, and desk/chair. The décor was cheery and bright. The beds were big and comfortable, and each of them had 4 very nice pillows. The heating/cooling system in the room worked great, and the water in the shower was hot/warm/cold on demand. Important to note is that this is a first-floor unit that's literally 10 steps from the main building entrance, which is great if you're carrying skis! It also has a westward-facing patio, from which you could watch the sun set behind Park City Mountain. The hot tub was located outdoors next to the main lodge, and was operational, very nice and big, and about a 100 yard walk from the unit.

As for location, it would have been hard to find anything more strategically located then this unit. The bus service in Park City is second to none (it's free too!!!), and the bus stop was right at the end of the parking more than 100 yards from the building entrance. The bus stops at every key location in town including grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and of course Park City Mountain. While the mountain was about 1.5 miles from the unit (you probably wouldn't want to walk), many outstanding restaurants and shops were within walking distance. The best part was that, unlike the downtown area, it was very quiet and uncongested in this neighborhood.

The only thing we noticed that could be counted as a "nick" on the property, is that the room smelled as if a large bag of dog food had been left open in it for awhile with all of the doors and windows closed. It wasn't an awful or sickening smell, it was just a bit of a strange odor. We couldn't find the source of the smell, and it was still there when we left, but we had gotten used to it so it wasn't a big deal.

One final note...the owner of this unit is an excellent communicator, responded to my initial inquiry within minutes, and sent me a welcome packet with all sorts of tips on navigating Park City that was very useful!

All in all, I'd rate this unit outstanding, and would definitely stay there again. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better value in Park City!

Owner's Response: Nice review of the condo facilities and local tips. I'm quite baffled about the odor referred to and have never had a comment in the six years we've been renting. Pets are not allowed and no food had been left around to my knowledge. I can only suggest what you smelled was the cleaning solutions used by housekeeping. I will ask the room to be checked however. I stayed there a couple of weeks ago myself and the room smelled like most other hotel rooms. I'm glad this didn't not impact your stay at all.

Perfect place for a ski trip for 2. Owner was easy to work with.

Property was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we expected. The kitchenette provided everything you would need to cook a good breakfast before hitting the slopes and prepping lunches. Overall great location and value and perfect place for a couple guys going skiing. I would definitely return.

Comfortably furnished, conveniently located

  • 5 of 5

Recently stayed here for a winter snowboarding vacation and was very happy with my choice. Multiple dining options steps from the condo, the bus stop which will take you everywhere you want to go in Park City is right outside and the complex is well known within the community which made snowboard / gear deliveries / transport very easy. Not to mention the beds are extremely comfortable which was crucial after 4-5 hours on the mountain each day. Try the breakfast at Good Karma during your trip!
