Located at the northernmost part of Lake Murex Estates, London Calling features a beautifully landscaped and fenced property that overlooks some of the most pristine wetlands and refuge land Sanibel has to offer. If you are a Birder, or simply appreciate them, this house offers spectacular viewing opportunities (osprey and red shouldered hawks enjoy sitting on our pool cage). For the outdoor enthusiast, the community tennis courts are less than 100 yards away, while the beach access is only 8/10 of a mile away.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths upstairs, a formal living room, dining room, family room, kitchen and outdoor deck, this property is ideal for family members of all ages. The home has a private elevator to service all 3 floors, and there is a mother-in-law suite on the ground level with a full bath for any unexpected visitors that you might have during your stay.
The kitchen and family room adjoin the outdoor deck that overlooks the heated pool and spa. The dining room overlooks the front of the property, and it features seating for up to 8.
The master bedroom is situated on the upper floor and has a deck and en-suite bathroom with his and her sinks, jacuzzi tub and double shower. It also has a large walk-in closet.
The Queen bedroom features a Jack-and-Jill bath accessible from the bedroom itself, as well as the kitchen/family room area. This bedroom overlooks the front and west of the property.
The 2nd guest bedroom features a day bed with retractable twin bed underneath, while the 3rd bedroom is a study with a full size sofa bed. These two guest rooms share a shower room that is also accessible to the outdoor upper deck.
Downstairs off the garage and with doors onto the pool deck is a large mother-in-law suite with a full bathroom with shower, three twin beds (one is retractable underneath one of the beds), side chairs, cable tv, microwave and fridge.
You can zip downstairs to the pool via the outdoor or indoor staircase or the elevator.
The home has tennis racquets for use by guests.
We are a family of five who purchased this property as our holiday home after many years of visiting my husband's family on the island. We now live in London (UK) and spend most of our holidays in Sanibel which is truly our home away from home. We have built precious memories on this island and hopefully will continue to do so.
